There was warm welcome by the hotel staff, they were friendly and had the patience to kindly explain to us when we are in doubts.

At first we had our room at 10th floor (the view was good) but there was smoke smell all over the room when we entered. Kinda not very impressed .
We requested to change to 8th floor(non-smoking floor)( residential buildings was my view sigh) and was ask to pay extra hkd 1000. I dont understand why.

-> Room is good, bed is comfy and cosy, bathroom is clean, not bad overall.

Overall is not bad, the ambience and the area.

Bought a package and stayed at this hotel for a 3days trip in Christmas. Better than I’ve expcted. Staff were generally helpful. Small but clean room. Breakfast was delicious wih quite a large variety of food choices for its price. ( I believe its $80 per person) They provided bread, cereal, congee, rice, spaghetti, salad, bacon(quite dry unforunately), boiled eggs, some dimsum, juice and coffee. There was a supermarket nearby so buying snacks was convenient. There were also hash browns on my second morning. The only downsides was that my view from the window was only residential buildings so there was nothing much to see and I had to keep the curtains closed all time. The area around the hotel was a bit quiet at night and also every passerby looked like they were going to, or coming out from casinos.

Awesome hotel. The architecture is fantastic. They do have their own casino. This hotel is just about waking distance from the ferry terminal. Have to cross the little long walk over bridge to reach the hotel. Warm welcome by hotel staffs

The walking distance between Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal and the hotel is about 15 mins. It's easy to find the hotel using the footbridge near the terminal. The hotel also provides free shuttle bus services every 15 mins, I think. The hotel is not new but redecorated in 2011. The room is quite big and clean. The softness of the mattress is moderate. The water for shower is hot enough.

Huge, but old room. Also the surroundings were quite shady. If you have the money, opt for the hotels such as Venetian instead. Location is near by the pier.

Lovely Casino hotel, with generous rooms. We enjoyed the restaurants, the shopping and most certainly the casino! Priced reasonably, with great service, and close to public transport, this hotel is ideally located.
