One of my favorite hotels in the world. Most friendly and welcoming staff. If you are a Hilton Gold/Diamond make sure to visit the executive lounge, great hospitality and selection of food and beverage.

We feel very perfect to this hotel. Although we do not opportunity to upgrade a double bed suite. The rooms space is enough for 2adults and 1children.

This is my first time to stay in Macao and Conard brand. We can feel their hospitality and make the room clean.

Lounge is perfect and the serving people are very well skilled and nice. Next time, I will choose this hotel again.

Really good Hotel in Macau. I stayed at the suite(corner) that provided you with nice view and convenience. It included one media room seperately and a wide living room and bath room.

Comfortable, cleanliness, hospitality are the standard of Hilton brand. Macao Conrad (MC) meets the requirements. As Diamond member, the perks are exceeding the expectation at MC. Free extraordinary international breakfast, free room upgraded, though this time I did not get the Diamond room which is only MC offers, the room I stayed is acceptable.

We stayed here for a night on a quick visit to Macau. It was amazing, made special by the excellent service. The property is probably a little older, however room was massive, had a view of the "Eiffel tower", its centrally located and the staff make you feel welcomed and do little special things like leave out slippers and teddy bears!

I have always loved Conrad. Conrad Macao was exceptional. The service was excellent staff were polite, professional and friendly. My sister got a birthday cake from conrad it was a nice touch and surprise as I didn't inform them it was her birthday at all. Really amazing and great hotel. They truly pay attention to the guest needs and provides exceptional service. Would definitely stay at conrad again.

Impressive hotel, the attention, charisma and elegance from front desk, executive lounge and everyone else we met was incredible. They not even remember our faces, but our names. They took care of us and made our only 1 night in Macao memorable. The swimming pool was almost empty, but with both heated, jacuzzi and cold pools, we loved it. Thanks!

This is a fantastic hotel. The rooms are beautiful, the staff are very helpful and overall top notch. The food is great. The location to other restaurants and the casinos is convenient. The activities for the kids look like fun. The gym here is one of my favorite parts of my stay. If I have to be away from my family for work this place makes me feel like home.

Food was bad. Got food poisoning from the buffet. Buffet was way too far from actual hotel. Room was ok. Check in and out was smooth. On the other hand, the room service was impeccable and they even provided us with a rubber duck and a complimentary lolly jar!

This is a luxurious hotel which also knows how to make their guests feel most welcome. The level of service is "legendary" and the staff can't wait to assist you in any way possible!! The quality of sleep is ever so good--- and that makes one's stay in Macao all the better!!! The restaurants--- especially the breakfast buffet helped start the day the best way possible!
I am sure that you will find this hotel as delightful as did we!!! And it provides excellent "Value For Money"!!!

Did not regret choosing Conrad Macao. Their service is 5 ***** - from the minute we stepped in to check in, they personally assisted and escorted us to our room, explaining details to us. The complimentary buffet breakfast was fantastic and the service staff Rock was very meticulous (telling us that the coffee pot is very hot and to mind the handle) - his service is just excellent! Housekeeping staff who was appointed to service the 25 floor was excellent and had an ever ready smile and good attitude. Our junior suite was spacious and roomy, and it was really a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our family. We will not hesitate to choose Conrad again.

The concierge services and the person at counter was so friendly and patience. I need to go HK and they explained to me clearly about the routes and even help me to book the ferry tickets. I’ll stay co rad for my next visits for sure. 5 star have the 5 star service. Thumbs up Conrad.

Big shout-out to the Executive Lounge staff, especially Achin! Great launchpad for anyone who needs a base for personal or business visits to HKG, while recognizing $avings without compromising your expectations of a Conrad property. I highly recommend paying extra or use your HHonor benefits to gain access to the Executive Lounge----even though I'm Chinese myself, I cannot over-stress this point, considering the large presence of mainland Chinese. The morning breakfast, afternoon tea, and the evening dinner-lite are WELL worth your money. Kudos to Diana's team, including Tyra, Ivan, and Achin, for PROACTIVELY smoothing out some miscommunication issues with the ground floor staff. As a business traveler, I certainly understand the struggles this Hilton property has when dealing with a largely mainland Chinese clientele----think "point abusers". Keep that in mind if you catch yourself put off by your initial encounters.

We spent a wonderful time in a huge suit at the 36 floor.
The suit is very convenient with everything you can wish, great queen bed, huge bathroom (including bath and shower, different international plugs are already in the whole, super convenient!), big sofa, nice view on Macao
The buffet style breakfast is amazing with anything you want !
People are very friendly.

I just hope the food waste is not too important

Most amazing hotel experience we've had!
Loved the upgraded room. Service was probably the best we've ever had at any hotel.

What I didn't know was this hotel along with holiday inn and Sheraton all share shops of coatai and easily walk from one hotel to another. There are also 2 casinos and another with is Venetian across the street but you never have to go outside in that warm weather.
Buffet at the orbit is amazing btw..

Loved loved our visit and definitely will be coming back!

Wow, this hotel has it all, especially if you get an upgrade. Enjoy the clean quality as well as the easy access to the strip and the shopping. I personally love the cafe in the middle just to have a coffee and or something to eat. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would ask them to upgrade the club lounge, but they still get 5 stars.

Had an absolutely amazing time here. Booked a King Room and got upgraded to a Deluxe King Suite - Approx 110sqm I think. It pays to be apart of Hilton's Rewards Program.

The room itself is aging but not so much you feel it needs to be renovated in the next few years. Service is impeccable. Turn down service gave us a cute little teddy bear.
