Stayed here before right after it was opened and again after that. Great location. Walking distance to quite a number of tourist spots. Checking in is rather quick and the friendly staffs are efficient and provide
great service. Rooms are clean, spacious and equip with most amenities. There are some shops and dining places here. Transport is of no problem

Lovely place great hospitality, very nice hotel with all amenities. Had a great stay, would say that after spending a night at Venetian, which was like a factory. The Holiday Inn Cotai central was such warm hotel to be in, it had a personal touch and was managed like a true hotel should be managed and not like an assembly line. Thank you Holiday Inn for a great stay. I would certainly recommend the Holiday Inn Cotai Central to anyone visiting Macau.

Clean and nice room. Good sleep with soft pillows. But took a long time for check in, a lot of guests.
The shuttle bus from airport sent at hotel front.

I stayed at Macau kindly be advised that the breakfast part of your package is not Asian it's Chinese and not mentioned in the website . I would not consider this hotel as 4 🌟 because firstly the hotel belongs to sands and not holiday inn secondly it doesn't have hand shower / neither in the WC nor in the bathroom.

The ambiguity remains are you in holiday inn or sands Macau.

I paid for holiday inn and not sands and have ended up in a mess it doesn't follow international standards I feel.

This is one of the interconnected hotels in cotai strip. The check inn was very quick. The rooms are very spacious and beautifully furnished. Room has everything one can need while travelling. Bathrooms are also spacious with a tub. Luxurious toiletaries. Very neat and clean. It is connected to the mall so easy to walk around. Loved my stay here.

Even though the start of my stay was marred by the late room availability ( we had a total of 4 rooms and mine was only ready after 7pm), the Front Desk staff and Housekeeping service team had been very helpful and detailed. They made sure to take note of what I used and needed and ensure my every needs were met. I would like to make special mention of 2 gentlemen; a Mr Lei and a Mr Derek. They were at the baggage pickup point. After collecting my baggage for my family and I, Derek asked if we needed transport to the airport. He then proceeded to help us secure a large taxi to fit all 5 of us with 6 large luggage. He was assisted by his colleague Mr Lei,who walked us to the cab and explained to the driver the location we had to go. Such service even though we had already checked out of the premise. It sure left a very positive impression on us. Keep up the good work. You sure made us believers of Holiday Inn Cotai Macau genuine hospitality.

Excellent service from all of the staff of Holiday Inn. The room was clean. Toiletries were well stocked. The pool area was not crowded, you get a nice view of The Venetian.

In-room dining was superb. We will definitely go back here. Best bang for your buck.

Stayed at Holiday Inn, Cotai Central Macau on 2nd and 3rd June 2017. It's just superb. One can choose staying here while in Macau without second thought. One wouldn't have any opportunity to repent. Should go ahead without hesitation.

Located on the Container strip but not easy to navigate around inside the building. Elevators to the rooms are not located by the front desk. Rooms are big and spacious and standard is on par with Holiday Inn chain

One of the best Holiday Inns - rooms are very similar to the ones in Sheraton hotel, which is located nearby (but HI has a lower price) - spacious, clean & fresh ( hotel was opened several years ago).
