Massive (I can't explain how big) beautiful hotel. Kept in top spec order not a dust in place. Huge Casino area (some of the machines are in Chinese only). There's a food mall area and a few restaurants as well as tons of clothes stores and jewellery stores. It's 3 hotels connected together. Definitely worth a visit!

Great pool deck and I loved the bungalows here! A much more Asian feeling to the whole resort than the other alternatives and broadly a step up in terms of luxury and experience. A strong recommendation!

We stayed there for two days.

The grand resort deck : heated pool, wave pool, slides.

Must must try for the kids and adults Nice place to chill and relax. Great service at the pool side.

Rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Hotel has good shopping around and theater too. So keeps kids happy when parents are visiting the casino.

Restaurants - good selection of food options. But leaning towards Asian cuisine.

Great check in and absolutely awesome checkout experience. No queues and no waiting time. Which I personally liked a lot.

In all.. A great place to stay.

This place is like a huge setup of Royal palace from a hollywood Magnum opus, massive hotel complex comprising of 4 different international hotel brands. Grand lobby and ultra luxurious interiors, the ambience is welcoming and has signature touch of premium Marriott properties. Has a casino is different shopping complex block. River structure built within the complex along the penthouses complex of Banyan Tree Hotel. The Hotel complex stands tall and different from the rest of the cotai strip Hotels. Has massive room and conference inventory for big events

From the moment we checked in to when we left it was really great. For such a big hotel, the check in process was seamless and very quick. The rooms were amazing with great views, buffet breakfast was really good with a broad selection of food and quite affordable as well. Location is convenient with lots of shops and restaurants in the hotel and other hotels/casinos quite close within walking distance. Service was also exceptional from everyone we dealt with throughout the stay. Would highly recommend and would definitely return.

Great place to stay in Macau. Not so expensive as you might think. Really gives off a luxurious feel.

They even have shuttle buses that can transports you for free from the ferry to the hotel and from the hotel to other designated places within Macau. Just take note of the schedule.

And if you are planning to eat dinner, buy souvenirs, or just play some slot machines inside Galaxy Resort, don't forget to register at the casino. You can get at least 10% off on selected shops and restaurants.

Gigantic, but it doesn't offer any special attractions that would make it "unique".
In my eyes it is simple a casino with an adjacent shopping mall, food parlours and several attached hotels. Looking nice at night with all the lights on though.

Lots of brand name stores, not that busy compared to other complexes around. The place is always kept in tip top shape and the staff are always happy to help. The place has perpetual fragrance that is calming and inviting.

A huge place with 5 hotels and lot of dining choices. Cheaper dining choices at Broadway or at the food court near to East Promenade. Free shuttle buses available to The Venetian, Starworld, Border Gate & ferry terminals or airport.

The best place you can stay for your money! Highly recommend! Exceptional service from all staff members and our hotel room was serviced twice in a day! Complete surprise. What you get gor the money is unheard of. Highly recommend! Water park/ features are super fun. We were kucky to go in November and barely any people there got the whole water rides to ourselves!

You cannot go wrong with this resort. One of the best hotel resorts so far that we have been to and stayed at. Suites are large and clean. It is relatively new hotel. Water park resort is the best spot in this hotel. People with kids would love it even more but adults would enjoy equally.
Shuttle bus service to airport is quite handy. Plenty of food/restaurants in the resort. Will definitely go back.

I've been to Vegas but I preferred this hotel. The lobby fountain show every hour was amazing, the tables were fun! Its also conveniently located from the airport. I do wish there was more accessible, affordable food I mean, there was a McDonalds but that's not really food.

One of the grandest hotel I've ever stayed in. Staffs are super friendly and they will approach you for any assistance. Huge casino. And many food varieties ranging from restaurants to food stalls. And it's walking distance to nearby 茶餐厅。Highly recommended.

My girlfriend and I decided to stay here for our two day Macau trip and we can safely say we got our money's worth. The hotel and premesis itself is amazing and definitely a reason enough to stay. However what really stood out was the customer service. Generally speaking, the service in Macau can be poor at times and good English speakers can be hard to find. Galaxy has probably the best customer service in all of China. Extremely friendly, helpful and going an extra mile to help us out. A particular shout out to Marc (from the Philippines) who works at the front for not only making our stay as nice as possible but for also remembering both our names. We were extremely pleased with his service.
Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Five stars.

It's one of the lively places in Macau cotai strip which attracts largely Chinese crowds but welcome for all and the ambience and staff are very good and helpful as in most cases in Macau. Its known for it's chandelier in the entrance and it's upmarket shopping and the casino is one of the lively casinos in macau.

I was not a guest at the Galaxy, how, there was a deal to purchase a one-day pass to their Resort deck for 2 people for 888 MOP. The resort deck was incredible. The staff was very nice and helpful. The facilities were great as well. The water park itself did not have that many things to do. But the atmosphere was great. Their wave pool is amazing. Being from the US, pretty much every water park has their own wave pool, where the waves last anywhere between 5-7 minutes. At Galaxy's pool, the waves continued for about 15 minutes, 3x the fun! The lazy river was also a favorite as there were waterfalls and sprinklers all throughout to make sure that you were never hot or dry for too long. I highly recommend the galaxy. It is very family friendly as well as adult friendly (my cousin and I both +21years old had a blast). The Galaxy casino also provides a wide array of gaming options and is at the cheaper end of buy-ins (Blackjack was only 300 hkd buy-in versus 500 seen at most casinos).

This gigantic casino has an incredible crystal-filled lobby. Definitely worth checking out. Also, they are partnered with the Star World (directly across from the Wynn) and you can catch a free shuttle there.

I guess this hotel is typical of any luxury hotel attached to a casino. Looks grand and so far the upkeep seems to be very good. Check-in service is a bit of a gamble, if you happen to arrive at peak check-in time (13:00 - 16:00). However, if you have booked a suite rooms or better you can check-in at the private area. Pictures are from the lift lobby, 1 bedroom suite and a deluxe twin room.

If u have spent a night there and looked out ur window, it's hard not to feel like aristocrat seeing how grand this palace like resort is. Fancy bars, restaurants, and shopping facilities made me reluctant to get out of the building
