spacious room,location gooddidnt find anything bad about the place or the hotel or the rooms.

we booked the hotel few months in advance and ask for non smoking floor. we got there check in and when we got in the room we were quite shock. the room has strong smoke odor and they place us in the smoking floor.
called the front desk if they can help us out. at the time they told us no room available and need to wait until someone check out from nonsmoking and swap us there.
anyway we ask if they can help us for the night with send housekeeper to deodorized the room.
while the housekeeping lady doing the job. a cockroach came out from tv cabinet. she called her supervisor right away and explain what she saw.
at the end the supervisor offering us to swap to other room to nonsmoking floor.
and duty manager send a plate of fruit as compliment.response / report this review -

It's a good hotel with a small area for gambling. Close to the bigger casinos, as well. For someone on a budget, it's a great option. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

Nice hotel, there's casino too in 2nd floor but way smaller than The Venetian well u can't compare them, clean room and bathroom overall it's a good hotel

Nice hotel. Don't like that the tube has a curtain that is controlled from out side the bathroom. Also the way it is designed it's hard not to flood the bathroom when showering.

It's a small hotel with casino
Rates are offered sometimes on the lower side.iys please to stay.but for Indians they don't have anything to eat.
Small casino Is there and you can just play few games only if you want to stay.Near by few casinos are there.
Few super stores are there and Non vegetarians will not have any problem in getting food.buses are available.response / report this review -

Good and nice location very small rooms, international breakfast not Indian breakfast,but good hotel inside casino ,casiano gives free dinner token provided,waste dinner chinees rice ganjee only dont expect,hotel location near water fall fountain park and shipping bajar,1.5 km walking distance to reach vention Macau and Galaxy Macau hotels,hotel provided free shattel bus airport and ferry areas.

Decent place to stay. Stayed with my family here for two nights. Except the reception no-one else can speak in English. It has a casino on the ground floor. Few place to eat and supermarkets around the hotel are open past midnight.

Massive bed (bigger than king), good shower and bath. We requested a non smoking room however they gave us one on a smoking floor. Fortunately it didn't smell like cigarettes in the room, but it did in the corridor.
