If you are tired with gamblers from mainland, this is one of the places to sit down and drink a cold beer. Surprisingly quiet in the middle of Galaxy Macau. People are very nice and kind at the bar (Nagomi).

An excellent entry point to Macau and the Galaxy enclave! The room, environment, staff, and amenities (including pool, gym, and restaurants) at the Hotel Okura Macau are first class! The staff was happy to provide us early check-in which made us very happy as it was Christmas Eve and we had booked a Christmas set lunch at the Terrace Restaurant (6/F)

A very classy hotel!
could use a bit of a fix-up, well considering we went in July, when all of Asia is on vacation, very crowded pool and very very hot.

but do go on a non-summer days such as September! you could get a low price for a beautiful room in Okura.

No doubt a great stay with a great staff!

Great hotel! Excellent rooms, fantastic beach pool. Breakfast buffet was brilliant, and an interesting design for lunch buffet. The wellness centre (gym, spa, indoor pool) was great as well!

Room is tidy and clean. Room cleaning service and facilities are good. Unfortunately they could not recover a camera battery charger and battery I have left in the room. I called 6hrs after check out (and once more the next day) and told them exactly where I have left it but they couldn't find the missing item. I know it is partially my own fault but I expected more from a 5 star hotel and sadly I don't think I will be back.
