We only ate dinner here because of the complimentary supper coupon that we got from Inn Hotel. It wasn't that big but it's a very straight to the point casino hotel - I mean, I think the only things you'd do here is actually gamble, eat and sleep. The guard stopped me even before I was done taking pictures of the rest of our dinner. Also, it's easy to get around from here since they offer shuttle rides and strategically located. PS. You can walk on gold bars.

This hotel is very centrally located to both the resort hotels as well as Historic Macau and a great 7 story Mall!! It also offers a (free) shuttle to the Airport, Ferry terminal and "The City of Dreams" The delicious Western or Asian Breakfast provides many choices and also changes daily and is free. On the "Funkier Side" there are English Style armed guards as well as a real carriage [awaiting horses to pull it]. Transport is readily available to many other resort hotels and one can walk or take public transport to an "Historical Area" which not only interesting but also has excellent restaurants and "local shops".. .

Great staff that is always friendly. Not your mega resort, but if you are not looking for that, the Grand Emperor Hotel is the place. Easy to get around in the city.

A small hotel mainly for Mainland Chinese gamblers, noisy and with a strong smell of cigarette. Not a place for family. Staff are very friendly and helpful though.

The lobby has fake British guards just like Buckingham Palace and you can walk on gold bricks. Unreal!

Clean and spacious rooms. Close to most of the casino's. They have a casino of their own. Only negative point is, there is no swimming pool.

Something different, - Baroque influenced Hotel with lots of gold and Chandeliers
Conveniently located, it's just a short stroll from Guia Fortress, Senodo Square and Macau Museum.
The rooms were of very generous size which was refreshing compare to Hong Kong Island Hotel room sizes. The buffet breakfast selection was excellent, with european and asian influence and the staff are very polite and attentive.

Good customer service, my room was upgraded. Free breakfast offer variety of choices.

Free shuttle bus ticket has to be collected at level 2/4 in the Casino. As a room guest, the hotel should grant it guest to board the bus if they hold the room card!
