If you’re in Mandalay, this is the place to stay. They have a sweet and accommodating staff, free bicycles to ride around Mandalay City all day long, coffee all day in their common area, a nice rooftop to hang out and watch the sunset, and the hotel is centrally located. Rooms aren't incredibly spacious, but beds are very comfortable. Outlets are a not conveniently placed, but there's TV, AC, hot water throughout the day, room service, and a really nice common area! Breakfast could be improved a bit because they always run out of fruits. But a great place to stop in Mandalay for budget travelers with taste. Will definitely meet other travelers here.

If you are in mandalay you should definitely stay there! Great service and friendly people all around. While it might not be the cheapest option available it is totally worth it though. They have a nice room to hang out, clean rooms and FREE BIKES available. They also offer lunch and dinner but we didnt try that. Breakfast is included and every day they do room service and bring you new water! It was lovely.

Stayed at Royal Yadanarbon hotel just for one night but the experience was good. The receptionists are very nice and helpful. The room was correct.

I highly recommend this small nice and clean hotel for all of you who want to travel to Mandalay. We get in the morning and the hotel staff allowed us to get early check in. The staff very friendly and there you get breakfast. For such a budget hotel it offers you comfort and cleanliness.

Acceptable 15$ Room with breakfast

Location:
Slightly far from city centre, Mandalay hills,
Mandalay palace, Mahamuni Temple and most tourist attraction.
You can't reach all of them by walk.

Room:
Little be small, bearable clean, not bad towel.
If you stay in higher floor - shower shall run like a cat's pee.
Bed is not bad. Some room unable to properly open - you might need to change.

Staffs:
Most of them is quite OK. But hard to make communication complete.
If you expect something more than they've been programmed - you sure fail.
I left my room key and they need time 30mins to seeking for.
It's less professional in service.

Breakfast:
There is nothing special.
Rice, fried rice.
Fried noodle.
Fried Saugsage.
Fried Egg (rarely filled)
Bread, tea, coffee, juice, water and fruit.
Banana is still unrip in one day.

Parking - I've found none.
Accessible - No
Elevator - Yes
ATM - Yes, front of hotel

For me, I am so sure not recommend this place to friend or return twice.

These guys know how to run a hotel! Very professional, friendly, and helpful staff. Housekeeping did an immaculate job while I was out for the day. Buffet breakfast is excellent with many choices on offer. Highly recommended!

Friendly staff, simple but nice breakfast. However it is on the 'different' side of the town. Proper restaurants are a little bit far.

Very good hotel staff - super helpful especially with onwards travel and additional issues we had trying to change money, book bus tickets and various other challenges (I left my laptop on my flight to Mandalay). Rooms could be cleaner but good value for money
