Quiet, cozy, family friendly place. Simple breakfast. Not every taxi driver knows the place, but GPS was a great help. Value for money.

In my opinion, this is the best budget hotel in Mandalay. With the price range of 19,000 to 25,000 MMK/Night, services they give you back is awesome. Basic Breakfast, Air Conditioned Room, Minibar, Sat. TV, Hot water shower and a reasonable parking space. What I love most at this hotel is the landscape and wooden bungalows. Each well designed bungalow has 4 rooms. Each room has a spacious balcony with a table and two chairs. I really enjoy to spend the afternoon reading at the balcony whilst listening the cute sounds of the birds. The whole landscape of the hotel is like a mini park - flowers around the bungalows, greens between the bungalows and pretty concrete walkways connecting the bungalows. Mandalay is mostly hot around the year. But, the big tress in this hotel can provide enough shade to protect you from afternoon heat. Though this hotel is located too inside, it is not too difficult to find. Also, it is not too far from the famous Mandalay Palace and Mandalay Hill. As a budget hotel, big swimming pool and a nice gym can't be expected. Very delicious lunch and dinner can be ordered directly to your room. Taste is very good and price is normal. I rated excellent because what I got back is more than enough what I was charged. This will be my first choice whenever I visit Mandalay.
