Dirty bedsheet but staffs are friendly and changed immediately when asked. Blackout few minutes after check in. Floor is not clean, soles turned black when walk barefoot, luckily got slippers in the room. Saw baby cockroach twice during 3 nights stay. Seem like the hotel near some renovations. Hotel is near Inya lake but not other tourist attraction but it is easily to get taxi as there are a few waiting outside the hotel.

Room on the 2nd is quite old and mold smell. Price is quite high compare to what you got. Easy to commute by Taxi.

Stayed here again during my December trip. Prices have gotten higher and quality and service has degraded significantly. I could not go back here again.

Stayed here back in April 2014 for 5 nights. It's a simple place located in the heart of a residential area. I think it's a decent place for budget travelers as a place to sleep with decent ammenties but nothing else. At $40/night, it's quite cheap but everything is old and not maintained well if at all, though still adequate enough for staying short term. Breakfast was included and wasn't bad at all. I'd like to see some updates however. Wifi was included but unreliable. But then the whole country's infrastructure isn't too reliable (yet) so this should improve as the country improves over time.
