- Power outage - three times
- They out us in the back of the hotel with dogs barking.
- wifi doesn't work in the room you have to go to lobby for it to work reasonably slow.
- hotel is right under flight path of airport
+ Free airport shuttle
+Rooms are small but relatively comfortable

Friendly staff. Wifi was fair in my room on 3rd floor. Had to go to the lobby for better connection. Free ride to airport. Good breakfast. Was given a room with bad smoke smell on my 2nd visit. Don't take a room on the 4th floor as they open into the cafe seating area. Good hot water and water pressure in shower. A few steps up into the lobby, so not good for wheelchairs. Then one further step up before reaching the elevator.

The bed was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful on check in. Even carried my baggage to my room. However, I had a 5:30 am check out to make an early morning flight and found the staff unhelpful. The night before I was told I was told I could have a box breakfast but there was none. Furthermore, no one would even help open the heavy plate glass door as I struggled with my bags out the front door and down the steps. The lobby was dark as well. I guess they are more concerned about their electric bill than possible trip hazards. Lastly, the neighborhood dogs were kind enough to awaken me 30 minutes before my alarm went off.

5 Minute Drive To Yangon International Airport, and It's better to stay to avoid Yangon Traffic on the way to Airport.

Really convenient if you've got an early morning flight. I was able to check in early as well since I arrived back in Yangon on the overnight bus from Bagan.

This hotel really close to the Yangon airport. The bed was fantastic & breakfast was all perfect. Room was small but comfortable & everything worked and was nice for a rest before our early morning arrival & departure.

Very convenient location, and really nice staff. The room wasn't that bad at all, pretty big and quite clean considering the other places available through Myanmar. Breakfast served in the room on time, and the taxi was waiting for us when we asked. Not easy to find, would be great if they posted a phone number somewhere. Wifi is basically zero, but if you book online it's cheap and easy. Not bad. 2.5
