Amazing hospitality, very friendly neighbour and staffs of the hotel. And at a prime location.
    Nearby you will get:-

    1) Beside the hotel 24*7 grocery store

    2) For money exchange Western Union just opposite of the hotel

3)Also many restaurants nearby in that locality to explore

    4)Getting transport is very easy

Would love to visit the beautiful country once again and also would like to stay in same hotel.

MGM HOTEL RECOMMENDED FOR ALL. Very affordable.

This a good place for the price I paid for. If you are willing pay above 30000 kyats for single room, this is the perfect place for you. The elevator was awkward the time I stayed, the 'Call Button' was hard to press, not sure which area to press to call for the elevator.

Good location. 15 mins walk to Chinatown, worth the walk but always have cheap taxis outside.

Nice staffs and good services. The hotel is now under renovation but I think it will be the worthiest place for staying in Yangon.

We book family room on 11 th floor, the pillow, blanket, bed cover all smelly, seems that they never change the bed cover sheet, the room is dusty everywhere, Bathroom is dirty, bad lighting, different from the photos showed and the plumbing system not good. At night the noise outside is very disturbing. Very not value for money spent even price for a 1 star hotel. Never go back again to this kind of hotel..

Bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet is adequate in size and clean. Floor 10 has been renovated recently.we have been told.
Unaceptable is the exterior, reception area, lifts and breakfast rooms as they are dirty and need urgent renovation.
Breakfast is Asian buffet with noodles, rice, eggs, vegetables etc. reasonable in quantity and variety. It is advisable not to look into the kitchen prior to eating.

Staff is on point with all your needs and very helpful with directions and the girl at the front desk is so sweet and speaks many languages. breakfast is free with room and very tasty. The only con I have is the rooms are not as nice as they showed in the photos when I booked it.
