A good Hotel to stay at Yangon citycenter and easy to go downtown by walking. Not cheap or expensive.

Great breakfast and comfortable bed! The staff are friendly and very accomodating. Arrived too early at 10am, but they let us to check in.. Location is great and easy to find. Just say "near sule pagoda and city hall" and the taxi drivers will know immediately. 😊

Unfortunately the place gives off a feeling of being unclean- first because all the rooms are carpeted (which have to be +25yrs old) and appear/are dirty. And it’s the carpeting that sets the unclean tone to the rooms/hotel. The bedcover had stains, which made it feel like the bedsheets were not clean either. The walls had splatter stains. The AC units don’t run well in several rooms (had to be moved a few times).

HOWEVER the staff are very warm, welcoming, and accommodating.
Location is awesome- central to sites and restaurants.

Buffet breakfast is good here. Rooms were kept clean everyday with daily refills of complimentary bottled water and coffee packs. Staffs and attendants were very polite and helpful.

Good location but not clean, service oriented like any other hotels in Myanmar. I spent 28 days in Myanmar this is the only place I gave 1 star and couldn’t sleep all night. Shower drain blocked, dusty bedroom, smelled like never used. My wife developed rashes by morning. I don’t recommend unless they keep it clean.

Excellent location just outside City Hall. Within a short walk to all the heritage buildings. Walking distance also to Shangri la mall and the Scott's market.

Good location, some staff are very helpful. We moved after first night ( booked for 3 ) our aircon didn't work and other rooms they showed us had same problem .Breakfast was good.
