Organised a workshop for medical education and found to be very helpful and sound system is clear. Food and snacks are teasty. The best is the negotiable price per head around 25$us. Parking space is little restricted if the participants number is over 70.

That is good staff and convenience room. I think you should be able to improve breakfast. I like the hotel car to transfer luggage.

Nice economical hotel. It provides everything you need in the room like 5star does. Could improve on the water quality. Water smell like natural stream water. If you are allergy use drinking water to wash your face.

Situated in the quiet area of Yangon very close to famous Kandawgyi lake, the hotel is quite modern with neat and tidy appearance. Staff are always smiling and look comfortable. Meals are delicious. You can find many guests and tourists coming in and out.

After an unwelcoming start, staff became more friendly and attentive as our stay continued thanks to the smooth talking day manager and the very friendly and courteous night manager. Waitress Ei (female) was great, should be the role model for ALL staff.
Great breakfast spread and fabulous cakes.
If you are after a quite location rather than the hustle bustle and noise of the centre this is the place to stay. well-proportioned rooms clean and well maintained.
Hotel urgently needs a swimming pool in this hot sticky climate.
All attractions within a 15-30 minute ($2.50) taxi ride.
