This is the best guest house in bagan to stay for the budget trip. It is really worth of paying money. The price is cheap. The rooms are clean and the view is nice. It is also convenient for the transportation. We can rent the E-bike or Car. It is also very near with the Thi Ri Pyit Sa Yar 4th street which the many restaurants are located. The whole street is full with restaurants and cafe and salon. And the service is also good. The best guest house ever.

Room was big and clean. Staff not really friendly. Breakfast was ok but served more or less outside where it's cold in the morning (bring warm clothes). Since the Bagan area is more expensive the rate might be more or less ok - I think it's not worth the money.

Comparing to other guest houses around Nyaung-U, I have to admit that this guest house is reasonably priced. They have services that one can ask for from a guest house — air-cons, breakfasts, and room cleaning.

Room is clean, space is fine, rate is reasonable.
Staff is normal / medium class.
Breakfast available and Nice, But they offer lesser for Myanmar Citizen and Offer different /Less variety.
