Looks run down outside, but rooms are decent. Downside - Bed bugs, and lots of them!! The floors are carpeted which doesn't help. I stayed 4 nights and switched room on the second night because everything else was booked within budget. Single room with breakfast 13,000 Kayt. I paid 11,000 a night after negotiating. Breakfast is two slices of toast, boiled egg, jam, banana and coffee. Hot water and towel provided. WIFI doesn't work.
