The owner of the hotel is playing very loud music and he ate dinner on the only table infront of the cashier inside the lobby and didn't clean it up for quite a while after. Prices are okay for locals and foreigner alike but I dislike the unprofessional behavior of the owner.

One of the few places that doesn't charge foreigners a ridiculously different price than locals. 35,000MMK for a double bed room. Cleanliness is good by SE Asia standards. Aircon and hot water. Breakfast set included. Choose a Myanmar dish. Possible to negotiate prices.
