A nice hotel. Full amenities are provided and the rooms are clean though they are not very spacious. The price is reasonable. Breakfast provided is nice though lunch and dinner is not good there.

We could say that it is the best hotel in Pyay, Myanmar. The place is very quiet. There is a lake and we can get fresh air. Breakfast is nice and we can eat outside of dining room where there is outdoor seats. Some rooms are built on pond. The hotel compound is large and natural spring is under the lake and pond and it flow. There is also a tower and we can see top view of room buildings. There are big fish in the lake and we can also feed them. Night view of this hotel is so romantic.

Expensive compared to facility with smelly bathroom. But very quiet environment and fish are everywhere around the Bangalore. Breakfast is not bad.

Most of the rooms are bangalo type and it has a huge lake where a nujber of big fishes are residing. The rooms are a little old, sometimes you can find some animals (not scary by the way) inside these. Service provision is not as good as other hotels and so, I rated just 4 stars for it.

Nice hotel in Pyay. Garden views are delightful. Room is clean and wide. Dinner is tasty .Prices are moderate. Hotel is 5 km far from downtown.
