  went for business.near to the city center.good location.surrounding not clean.few dining options near the hotel.staff was very friendly & good.room was well arrange but not very comfortable.but can manage.breakfast was same for all days.few variations only.good option in Pyay area.

  Nicest hotel in town from what I can see. Rooms are placed like small villas around a small garden area. Located near restaurants, the night market, and the river. Staff were friendly and helpful.

  Hotel's staffs are very kind and friendly! It is not perfect place for stay longer period of time, but it is best in area for short vacation!
  Right behind is night market and in front is river and a good restaurants.

  Very Good Location. Service is good. All Room are Bungalo Type. The swimming pool is there.
