@9K including breakfast. I can only share the positive reviews here. The owners are kind. And the guesthouse has all the basic need's. Only downside I had a rough first night because of the thin mattress, but this is a common issue around, discussed it with them and they changed my room.

For helpfulness, stories and insights into life in Myanmar, and happy memories, this is best place to stay in Pyay. There's a good pool in town, check out cinema for foreign films, Tar Yar Lin has best icecream, there are several yogurt shops, and all local restaurants are good. Myint Zaw, daily at the guest house, is a great guide for the area too - the other side of the river is a lovely half day trip, for example. Thank you Pan Gabar!

Best place to stay in Pyay. It's like staying in someone's home,authentic Myanmar,no need for over expensive hotel.Accommodation and facilities are very basic,the family are very friendly and helpful.Especially with things to do and transportation onwards in and around Pyay. Cheap price for Myanmar,with wifi and a good breakfast included.I have visited Pyay 3 times and always stay here. U Swe,Win and all the family make you very welcome every time.

Нормальный, простой гестхаус, отлично расположен, в пешей доступности большая с тура и близко река. Есть номера попроще, есть и получше, разница в цене совсем небольшая (9000-10000). Хороший завтрак. Спокойная улочка, ощущаешь себя как то по домашнему. Радушные хозяева, которые подскажут как куда добраться. Есть wi fi.
Из минусов - плохой запах плесени от матрасов.

With the right expectations, this is a great place to stay. It has very basic accommodation and the toilet & shower could use a touch up, but the staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. Awesome breakfast included in the price, and it really feels like you're staying at someone's home. Would recommend.

Here you will not find luxury. Go to the overpriced Lucky Dragon if that's what you're after. Pan Gabar ("Flower World") is an inexpensive place with basic accommodations, but the people here are what make it special. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful, and work hard to make this a great place for real travelers to stay and meet. They have a communal breakfast/dinner table near the entrance, where they serve good food, and where you are certain to meet interesting people from all corners of the globe. In my opinion, a much better place than the nearby Myat Guesthouse. It's simple and unassuming, but it's one of my favorite guesthouses in Southeast Asia.
