Rooms are actually a little narrow but it's ok if you're just a visitor to Pyay and don't need to spend time at this place. Old TV, no hot and cold water function. Prices are between $10 and $24 for local in public holidays season(The season with more prices in everywhere).

No private bathroom and the public one is not so well-maintained. Old but very reasonable price.

Don't even go here to look unless budget is your only concern. Especially after a long trip it's like a jail sentence.

budget option in pyay. rooms are quite ok, the owner chineses is very friendly, howevere be aware that thay overcharge for drinks in the fridge. plus - the wifi is ok
