It`s a beautiful and cozy boutique hotel designed by German architecture.

It looks small but offers you a nice neighborhood with good restaurants such as Sharkey's only 2 minutes walk. Quiet and cozy place and you can enjoy a pool side breakfast lunch and dinner with good selections of wine.

This is a great hotel. Decor is pretty traditional but it is very nice. It has spacious rooms and a good pool. It is also very close to the Shwedagon Pagoda and other attractions.

One of the coziest bar in town. Great place for a quiet business meeting.

    Pros
    Friendly staff
    Big rooms
    24 rooms in total

    Cons
    Expensive +++
    Mosquitoes in room
    Poor shower water pressure
Compulsory dinner for Xmas Eve/NYE (US$100pp)
    Food wasn't great

This boutique hotel had very good reviews online. I wonder if it's due to good marketing. Located away from
downtown, walkable to Shwedagon Pagoda. The establishment and staff is great but definitely needs to readjust room prices, combat in-room mosquito problems, remove compulsory dinners and improve water pressure. Sorry I couldn't be more positive about this review.

Business lunch is great deal. Small dining area but good vibe on a sat rainy afternoon. Mock tail is exceptional.

Good hotel but service can be a hit or miss. Expect service to be very slow. Staff is friendly, however.

EDIT: I have now given a lower rating because their undercooked hamburger gave me stomach flu.

Excellent hotel, I love the woodwork in all the rooms, it's really beautiful. The room was nice and clean. No mosquito bites during the time at the hotel, though there were some mosquitoes which came out of the bathroom. However we did get help with that and the bathroom was sprayed.

I only have a few complaints. One was when we were leaving for breakfast and our room was going to be cleaned without us asking. There is a sign you can put on the doorknob which indicates if we want our room cleaned or not. This lead to me losing a small item in the room, and then I didn't know if it was my fault or the cleaners. I also had a pretty important card left on the floor on that morning and naturally you would throw that if you found it, but I didn't want it to be thrown and I luckily found it in the bin. Just please don't clean if people do not ask for it.

And I have some small complaints about the food. The burger I had one evening was not medium rare at all. The burger was undercooked and it nearly looked raw on the inside. The bacon I had one morning was not crispy at all. It was more hard and difficult to bite. If you're not able to make it crispy then just put 'Bacon' on the menu instead of 'Crispy Bacon'

Honestly though, I would recommend this hotel to anyone and its a lot better than the past hotels I've been in Yangon. My complaints are very minor and I wouldn't see them as a big problem. Thank you for a nice hotel with wonderful service.

I haven't stayed in the hotel itself but I adore their cosy inside yard with lovely garden! And the burgers are good)

Cozy atmosphere. Arguably the home of the best burger in Yangon, it's a must-try. Tad expensive.

Very good hotel, the food is extremely good. On Wednesdays they have a special burger menu which give about the best burgers in town. The swimming pool is reserved to residence only. There is still a very relaxed ambience.
