The place is really good, clean and so close to the market and the center. But definitely THE PEOPLE in this motel was the best; nice and friendly. They helped us in everything!! 100% recommended

I received a friendly welcome when I walked here from the train-a short walk. The owner offered a map, marked the sites and a recommended restaurant and I was set for the day. My room, a twin out back, was comfortable and airy in the daytime. Walking to the sights left me hot but happy, though I'd recommend a bike, at least, if you want to head to temples and pagodas in both directions (left and right) from the hostel.

Double bed fan room for 16000. Clean, towels provided. The room was at the first floor, while the toilet and shower downstairs. There was a small window letting in the noise from the street but almost no daylight as it was facing another wall maybe half a meter away.

The lady running the guesthouse was super nice and helpful - advising about the train/bus transport, and arranging a bus ticket for us, not to be overcharged by a travel agent. She has also schematic map for the main sightseeing points in Bago.

Also we were allowed to keep our bags there over the afternoon and have a shower before heading for the night bus.

Water for drinking and refill available.

Four starsnot really for the room itself, but for the owner to be so helpful and nice to us.

Probably the best guesthouse in the area. Not very special guesthouse but the people who are working there are really helpful and speak English very well. They do whatever they can to make your stay pleasant and your journey onwards

9500 for 1 person but with double bed fan. Room is fine. Bathroom and shower are downstairs. Lady who is manager is nice and speaks good English. If you're not picky it's fine to stay here. Fan is right over the bed so room stays cool. I just showed up (March 2017), without a reservation and it was no problem getting a room.

Lady who runs it is very nice. Walls in the rooms are thin. The shared bathroom is a bit scary. Considering how poor this area is it's hard to complain.

Right outside the train station, seems to be the most popular with younger people. Ladys that run it are very nice. Rooms are dank and dark, but shoes off so clean inside. Cold water showers, maps available. Cost was 14000ks for double.
