$13 for a single - only AC rooms. The male owner claims there are no discounts, but that's probably because he pays a commission to the moto taxis who bring people here and the fact that nobody stays here (I was the only guest). Not worth the price! Dirty floor, dusty furniture, no tv in room, no knobs on the AC unit (which isn't temperature adjustable anyway) or the hot water unit in the shower (no cold water - only too hot water). The only good things to be said about this place is the tourist map which his wife gives out and that it's quiet and away from all traffic. They do provide a breakfast of hot tea, 2 pieces of bread, one egg the way you'd like it and a banana. At check out, she will try to charge you for the water bottles provided in the room (it has a mini-bar) - don't fall for it! Tell her no. The price from train station to here is only 500kyat - not 1000 like she'll try to get you to pay her moto friend. I also don't recommend eating at the popular restaurant at the end of the street and main road. They attempted to charge me 500kyat more than what I ordered and they have a menu in English with prices!
