Not for the foreigner and I did not see inside of room but I felt so much kindness from staffs. Thanks a lot then I move to to Yangon.

Nice, clean and wide rooms cost about 10$ per night. But it's near the local market and beside of highway road this place was a little bit noisy especially at night.
