Good cheap hotel. Close to market and tourist sites. Bike rentals just across the hotel itself. Can be dusty inside because of the dust from the main road.

We got a room with 2 single beds and 1 double bed (room 303). The place was comfortable and quiet. Towels, toothbrush, shower gel and shampoo provided.

However, the shower was lacking pressure.

The staff was nice although not all of the personnel at reception speak English beyond some key words of the hospitality business, but they are usualy quick to redirect your request to whoever can understand you.

They let me book a room for an afternoon to take a nap even though their schedule was tight.

Price midrange. The aircond in the room cannot control the temperature. Either you on the aircond with cold temperature or just shut down the aircond, as advised by the hotel staff. Only one slipper provided for two person.

Very good hotel well located in Nyaung U. Very friendly staff, clean room. The breakfast was good and it was really nice to enjoy it on the rooftop! The hotel has a great location to visit Bagan and is quite close from the peer when coming by boat from Mandalay (may depend on the boat company)

Close to restaurants, Nyaung U market, not very far from temples. Facilities and services are good value for money. Buffet breakfast is very good.

Bad experience with this hotel. We arrived early morning in Bagan (5am) with the night bus. We booked a twin room, but they did not have it anymore so they offered us a queensize bed room. When we complained the staff became really unfriendly staff even a bit hostile.
