I would have given 4 stars for that place but we were staying there for 3 days. I can smell very bad foul sewer smell in the hallways and also they sprayed mosquitoes repellent spray in the room & hallways. I have to tell them not spray mosquitoes repellent spray in my room.

The decorations of the lobby is pretty nice except the smell is very unpleasant and I have to spray air fresher in the room that we were staying.

I hope the hotel management will see my review and improve their hotel will be nice.

It is a cozy place with all facilities, such as swimming pool, free wi-fi service, bar and spa. The rooms are big, up to the standard.

The parking area located at the back of the hotel can only effectively contain 3-5 cars. There is a swimming pool which has a depth of 4 feet (not the actual measurement, it's only my guess) and only good for few people. At least this hotel has a swimming pool, most hotels in the price range (40-70 usd per night) don't even have one.
When we placed the booking, we specifically told to combine two single beds. But, when we arrived at the hotel (around 15:30) and found out that our single request hadn't been done. So, I told the room attendant the issue and he quickly managed to get it done.
For me, 1400 kyats for a water bottle is a bit ridiculous though.
On positive note, the breakfast was good. And for me that's the ticket!
