Room is just nice, clean toilet, hot water, good aircon, delicious breakfast, and restaurant is just opposite, and friendly staffs of course. Match with price. Would like to give 3.5 stars overall. Very near to Lawka Nan Dar is another good reason. Can hire e-bike at hotel. Don't have good view though.

A nice place to stay as a 3-star accommodation. Staff is of course friendly and other visitors are a laid-back group of people enjoying Bagan. breakfast is served on top floor and may get lucky to see a group of balloons fly over.

Good breakfast and friendly staff. Pretty poor Wi-Fi. Charged us for two extra sprites we didnt drink, and didnt understand when we tried to explain the situation.

This is the best hotel that my friends and I have stayed at in Myanmar (especially considering the price.) We each shared very clean and quiet twin rooms with ensuite for $11.50 per person including breakfast, which is fantastic value considering Ostello Bello (the hostel up the road) charges $17 for a bed in a dorm room. The bathroom had a waterfall shower, generous bottles of free shampoo and body soap, and fluffy towels. The AC was good (not frosty) and breakfast on the rooftop offered tea, coffee, juice, toast, real strawberry jam, butter, eggs cooked 5 different ways, and typical Myanmese breakfast fare of noodles or rice with fried egg. The hotel owners were lovely and checked how we were doing each day and offered us lots of tips on where to go and which temples to see. It's also only a minutes walk from the main thoroughfare with restaurants and e-bike rental places, and Black Rose 2 opposite offers decent food at reasonable prices.

Good for the price, nice wooden building, very nice breakfast at the upper level. Friendly staff and helpful owner. Location is good too. Wifi is better than any place I've been to so far.
