Rooms are small unless you take the 2 room suites. Located across monastery , unfortunately given room facing it and had my sleep interrupted by the clanging of the bell throughout the night. Breakfast provide of very poor quality.

Rooms are pretty small for the price they ask for. You can get bigger rooms in Yangon for the same price. Breakfast options are very limited. No lock on the bathroom door - which is something I've never seen in other hotels. Car parking is quite small. I gave two stars because the location is quite nice and staffs are friendly. Not a place where I'd stay again.

Great and Expensive Hotel. People who are sensitive to Junta, should not spend time there. Because it is known that ex-general Than Shwe families owned. However, it is good location and good served hotel.

I would like to recommend this hotel when you reach Hpa-an.There are many bedroom types to choose ! Amazing staff's performance. They are very helpful and nice communication.Nice restaurant,fair price and tasty food. Plus,I got to eat Italian food ! But still needs waiters' improvement.The rooms are comfortable and fits with the price. The bed is cozy. So if you are in Hpa-an and finding for a hotel, this would be the best. And I hope my review can be useful for you. :)

We stayed only one night. This is in downtown. Breakfast is good. Room are clean and staffs are friendly.
