We liked the place so much we stayed twice. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. The rooms could definitely use a coat of paint though. Breakfast is included which is different every day and you can get refills of everything. The owner and family are very friendly. It does get noisy early so break ear plugs. The roof top offers excellent views and sunsets. I would hesitate to book a taxi to Myawaddy here, it's a friend of a friend and they pack you in. I would book a tour with them as the two tuktuk drivers they have are very friendly and it's a good price.

Not a lot of budget choices in Hpa-An. Good breakfast and amazing sunset view from roof. They organize an excellent full day tour of the caves and temples. Rooms are old but do the job.

Clean rooms, great and friendly staff, amazing tour. They go above and beyond for their guests. Rooms are outdated, yes, but you won't find a more welcoming staff anywhere else in Hpa An

Even of the rooms can be improved, and cleaner, this is the most welcoming place I've been. Incredibly helpful staff, and amazingly friendly.
Nice views from the top, very good breakfast.
Electricity might be a problem in rainy season, but so is everywhere else in town.

Fantastic stay for 2 nights here. As many others have said, Kim and the rest of the staff are friendly and accommodating beyond belief. Highly recommend getting a day tour through the motel as it gives you a great opportunity to meet fellow travelers while also getting to the must-see locations. Very clean rooms and bathrooms, very relaxing place. If I could, I would extend our stay in Hpa an and spend a few more nights at the Galaxy Motel

Great value for money . Hotel very clean , bed and pillow great. My best night in Myanmar so far.
The host family is very welcoming and will take many to time to help you on your activity I need Hpa Am and for book your ticket / hotels next Step.

rooms adequate for the price close the bathroom door at night. very helpful staff arrange tours and fair currency exchange one day notice and you can phone them easier then website

Didn't actually manage to stay here as they were full. But Kim organise everything for me and gave me the best hot shower and breakfast when I got back from the mountain! Staff are all super friendly.
