Beautiful hotel with lovely swimming pool and all comforts you need. Lovely breakfast. However staff seems to be a bit tired and lack the friendliness and hospitality.

Everything is great. Only Wish Swimming Pool Usage time started Early Like Since 6am and Ending around 11pm. Breakfast is great but wish it could have some meat.

The hotel is too big but the room was too small for 2 person, felt hard to move in the room. The room doesn't have closet we didn't have space to put our clothes and our stuffs. They didn't even have a proper chair to sit down, only 1 dressing table chair that is too lousy and could't use. Breakfast is vegetarian no ham no bacon, there are vegetable fired rice and fried vegetable, bread.everyday. If u want something not vegetarian food u need to order from their restaurant and pay for it.

Good value and helpful hotel staff. Room was comfortable and e bike rental is available for 1000 kyats per hour. The only thing I don't like is the bathroom design and the hot water is not hot enough to shower.

Amazing for its high value and quality ratio. This is probably the most well managed hotel in New Bagan. The staff is ready to serve you at all times. The food is amazing. Even the buffet breakfast is good. We stayed here for 5 days and had a terrific time. The staff went above and beyond to see to it that our stay was exceptional. They have eBikes as early at 4am. They offer transfers to the airport and Jetty. The manager is friendly and makes sure the staff provide guests with the best service possible.

One of the best hotels that we stayed at in Myanmar considering the price. Breakfast was ok, room and pool were great. E bikes can be rented from the hotel but they are much cheaper from the places along the road. Location is good as long as you get a e bike to visit the area.

All reviews posred here are valid with all mentioned pluses and minuses. But I wonder what negative reviewers expect for US $ 24? For that price hotel is excellent and has a resort feel. Pool and beautiful garden with grass as fine as silk carpet are just what you need to make a midday break and avoid high heat while enjoying touring incredible Bagan on e-bike. Would love to come here again!

Good hotel. If you arrive earlier, you need to pay 5 bucks. Room codition was good. you are also able to rent e bike. When you go back to Yangon by Bagan Prince express, You can take a Jeff at 7 AM, free of charge, in front of a lobby.

Nice rooms for Myanmar standards. Good breakfast. Food at pool bar was good too and fairly priced. They are at the beginning of the road of new bagan so you will need to rent and electric bike( scooter) ,it's the best way to see the city, you can even enter some of the abandoned structures with it.
The only negative aspect was the constant smell of sewage , I even noticed the housekeeper spraying some type of air freshener on all the rooms.
Other than that it was ok, the AC was perfect, and they even have a few channels in English on TV perfect for when you are exhausted after a while day of looking at temples etc

Bed is really comfortable. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean.

Had room 301, and it had a great view of the front yard and sunset. There aren't any lifts in this compound, but there are ground units available.

Took the overnight bus from yangon to bagan and arrived at the hotel at 5am in the morning. Counter staff gave us the option to check in earlier for 10usd (or 14k kyat), or wait till 12pm for the next check in.

The hotel rents out eBikes, and we easily got all the way to Nyaung-U and back again (plus detours to 6 different pagodas in Old Bagan district and getting lost a few times) on a full 8h rental.

Don't miss the puppet shows 7-9pm at night.

The hotel is comfortable - the beds were nice, the bathrooms and showers in our room were good, and the air conditioner was powerful, and the pool outside was nice (although cold!). The thing that we didn't like was the incessant sound of pigeons on the roof! They were so noisy - either their scratching as they walked above, or their cooing as they sat there. It was very noticeable and went beyond being just funny. It didn't ruin our time there by any means, but it definitely was a downside.

Breakfast was tasty (come early, otherwise thing start to disappear and are not always replenished).

Overall, we would probably stay here again.

Lovely place to stay. More convenient than it looks in the map. So easy to go around, you don't have to worry. Pool is great.

The hotel is not far from old Bagan, very nice and helpfull staff, our sheets had yellow spots on them. There are pigeons living on the roof, they made lots of noise. There were also a bad smell coming from the bathroom. The pool was nice, good bike rental service, the breakfest is not worth 6$.
