Worst hotel and staff I encountered among 37 countries! Filthy rooms, infested with bugs of all sorts (bugs even splattered on the walls and left there!). Filthy and cracked walls, blood stained bedsheets, stained towels, sofa and curtains, leaking sink. Dishonest management, stayed 1 night and then escaped this dump. Hotel first promised I would get a refund when their office opened on monday (they force guests to pay in full upon check in, without seeing the state of the rooms!). Then their office refused to refund me the $215 I paid for the 3 additional nights that I didn't use. Unethical management, liars and thieves. Stay away from this dump!

Bel hôtel très propre. Personnel avenant et serviable. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Bien situé dans le nouveau Bagan.

Es un hotel espantoso con escaleras sin ascensor, pretencioso con empleados no preparados y maleducados
Cuando te niegas a subir escaleras y menos con el equipaje te mandan a una plaza que hay enfrente del hotel con las habitaciones sin teléfono conectado con la conserjerìa; si te pones malo te mueres y nadie se entera
La comida no vale nada y el hotel es una bazofia con pretensiones

Warm welcoming and very clean place and good room decoration. I only paid 58$ /night on low season so it's very good value :)
