In yangon one of the cheap and budget and good quality hotel is Okkala. Their hospitality is amazing. Food Quality is best in this rate. Morning Breakfast is very testy.

Good hotel, typical breakfast spread of noodles, rice and fruit. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is good for airport or bus station, about 5-6,000 for a taxi. You will need a taxi to get around though. If you are looking to hit the main sights then you should stay elsewhere, however, still a decent hotel.

I find Okkala hotel service is best than other stayed hotel. Hotel is newly constructed and all the equipment and things are fresh. I remember the breakfast because all the breakfast were very fresh and plenty.
