We stayed three nights at Amazing Bagan Resort. Firstly Bagan is an Incredible place to visit and I think up there with some of the great wonders of the world. Amazing resort is great because of the large pool (you need a pool 30-40 degree heat), super helpful staff, the brand new e-bikes (the best way to get round) and large breakfast. As for the room it is nice and with all the needed amenities of a resort like this. We stayed during the low season so we had the additional benefit of 4 PM late check out and while we waited for our night bus that they had kindly organized. The only bad thing was that on the first night our ac broke, but the next morning we went to reception and they apologized and upgraded us to a superior room. The resort employs staff from the area and teaches them about hospitality, which is really important. Come here, spend money and help Bagan and Myanmar people, grow sustainably.

Nice location. Nice hotel. Nice massage. Foreigner lounge location as I didn't see local guests during my visit. Breakfast is very complete and foods are delicious. They still don't have POS for local Visa card to charge in local currency. Hope they will consider to have one soon for local guests.

It is a bit far from the rest of Bagan. But everything about the hotel was amazing. Breakfast was great, with a large selection available. Dinner was also good, albeit pricey. We arrived at the hotel too early for check-in, which was entirely our failure to plan. But to save us the wait, they gave us free upgrades! Service was fantastic, with an attendant spending 30 minutes teaching us how to ride their (for hire) bikes. In general, it was just a really comfortable stay.

Clean, nice hotel. Good shower and water pressure unlike previous hotels. Friendly staff. Breakfast is outside although it was quite cold. Not good coffee, ask for tea.

We had an awesome stay at this hotel. I stayed here with my 3 children in a suite bungalow room (one child on an extra bed). The grounds were beautiful and the room was comfy and big. The rain shower in the bathroom was a little awkward as water got everywhere. We were able to check in at 5:00 in the morning which was great for an exhausted family who had been traveling for 8 hours.

The staff was helpful and setup some great tours for us at reasonable prices. My kids loved the pools and used it each day.

Restaurant was pricy for the area but still reasonable and convenient. Location was good as we were able to taxi, scooter or horse-cart ride in minutes.

I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place to stay. Huge rooms, lovely pool, nice staff, and they rent out electric bikes to visit the temples. Would have given five stars if the restaurant wouldn't be sub-par and outrageously expensive

Great place to stay! The staff is more then helpful, friendly and kind at all times. We extended our stay here and enjoyed the location to discover Bagan and surrounding temples. Plus the food in the restaurant is delicious. Overall great experience and worth all five stars!

Value for money. Really nice staff, good service and pool. But would prefer better ebikes, bicycles and wifi connectivity. Great thing was we were able to check in immediately early in the morning.

Nice location although a few issues with the room which took some coercion for the syaff to address and below average quality ebikes for above average prices which i would suggest renting from elsewhere. Great pool and buffet breakfast

* cleanliness: ok
* room: almost no wardrobes. The bed is a mattress on wooden beams so quite hard. And the mattress is too small for the bad. Quite sloppy.
* airco: unsufficient and noisy.
* bathroom: nice, but it is very difficult to master the shower water temperature.
* service: medium (30' to get a beer at the pool).
Overall: too expensive.

The name says it all the grounds are well kept and in a good location. The suite was massive with a dining, living room area and huge bedroom that made the king bed look like a full/queen size trust it was massive and even had its own patio area.. only comment i have about the suite are the bats on the roof area that can be a bit distracting at first but they eventually settle

Close to old bagan as well as the temples the e-bikes available there were in good condition as an option can also go into town and rent from there for a bit cheaper

I'd strongly recommend for a family or those liking space the pool area was spacious as well but the water was frigid

It's was a real amazing experience during our honeymoon! The staff is the best and the hotel is beautiful!
