The staff were so friendly, spoke good English and were always happy to help with anything you needed! Really some of the best service we've come across in a budget hotel!

Loved the free water cooler available in the corridors - we could fill up our bottles for free and cut down on how much plastic we used!

The breakfast was simple but there was plenty - they were always happy to serve more of any item you wanted. And to have Nutella and peanut butter was such a home comfort treat after several weeks travelling through the region.

A little bit far to walk to the main sights. So we used the Grab app mainly to get around by taxi. But on the other hand the location is good, as it is downtown so you get to experience the hustle and bustle of city life!

The cheapest rooms are very tiny so if you want a more comfortable stay, book the larger rooms.

Nice and clean hotel 15 minutes away to sule pagoda. Very friendly staff. Very nice breakfast with all you can eat bread toast, various flavours jams and Nutella!!!!

Nice clean hotel with good service.
Breakfast is pretty good.
Also they were nice to help us to print some document.
We asked about good local food near by and only advice was Myanmar secret restaurant which it's that great.

Nice, clean, and reasonably-priced guesthouse in downtown Yangon's Chinatown district. They accept payments in US dollars. The room is comfortable and has all the basic amenities. Free drinking water, coffee, and tea anytime. Breakfast is good and filling but choices are limited.

Wi-Fi was reliable most of the time and there is always an alternative network to connect to when the connection slows down, except during a power interruption, which happens frequently in Yangon but is beyond the guesthouse's control.

The staff are genuinely friendly and speak good English. They will always check in with you to see if you need anything. They are always around to help book trips and offer practical information.

It takes at least 10 minutes to walk to the nearest supermarket/money changer, 15 minutes to Bogyoke Market and Junction City Mall, 20 minutes to Sule Pagoda and the Central Railway station. There are a number of clean restaurants on Shwe Taung Street and plenty of pharmacies nearby as Yangon General Hospital is only a block away.

After a couple of helpful emails to booking, we got a nice room for the holiday and pay it when we checked out. From the airport to the hotel took 1 hour and a half, the day we arrived, we paid $10 for taxi but when we left, we paid 8,000 kyat for the taxi that was booked directly with the hotel.
The staff were so friendly and helpful. We got cofffee or tea for free anytime. The rooms were pretty good.
Breakfast had just two options but it's okay for the beginning of new day.
On the last day, we had to checkout before 9am but my bf got very sick, so they let my bf checkout later and paid lots of caring attention to him. We are thankful for the warm hearts of the staff and also the owners too.

The deluxe rooms are well worth the extra money - nicely decorated with lovely pictures on the wall, friendly staff and best of all there is free real coffee throughout the day!

Good location to get around. The room is nice and clean. Stuff are friendly. But the bus to bagan they recommend was super uncomfortable and there's 2000 surcharges. They did all the bus order so just reaserch first don't just trust what they recommend.

It is probably not what you expect, at least if you come from abroad. Yes, it is new and shiny, but only in the surface. It is located between alleys and many of the rooms are not acceptable. We tried three of them. One was so small that it barely fit the bed, other was under the stairs in the ground floor and smelled awfully, like rotten onions and its only window was to the alley's street level. And the last one was better, but very noisy from a nearby washing machine. It didn't have any ventilation so the air wasn't very nice. The good thing is that the staff is very friendly, the breakfast is good and being in China Town, the neighborhood is chaotic but fun.
