Mosquitoes absolutely destroyed me last night! I covered myself in bug repellent yet when the air con cut out I got too hot and sweat it all off and got destroyed by Mosquitoes again! Another guest had the good sense to bring a mosquito net but why has no one mentioned this? It's bad! Also thought I had bed bugs but they were just ants over my 'clean' bed so I guess that's OK. as for the rest of the facilities, you get what you pay for but no more.

Located in busy Chinatown. Helpful n nice staff, but Hostel quite modest n overpriced for the facilities. Only bed is quite OK, shared bathroom with slow water flow, individual rooms available along with community rooms, poor breakfast although understandable.

Very good hostel. In good place of Yangon downtown. The receptionist is very efficient and can bring any information about the city and times.

I stayed there before and thought ok, but this last stay is a disaster. Bad service. Dirty sleeping rooms, arrogant and bad staff and breakfast is a joke. I cannot recommend this place what so ever. Sorry

The breakfast is only average with toast and a few local dishes.
Stuff is very helpful, during daytimes even with good English skills.
Rooms are alright, air con is working and the bathrooms are clean although the water pressure is a bit low.

Aircon doesnt work (16C but warm), wifi doesnt work, ceiling is too low, tv doesnt work. Water pressure for shower is weak and toilet need more frequent cleaning. 1 star is for the simple bfast that offers some local food. Too overpriced and mosquitoes infested everywhere. Even at the lobby, water is leaking and there are not enough seats for everyone. Overheard some other guest complaints about bedbugs.

Really great location near tons of street food and local bars. They are doing construction on the top floor but everything is still quite clean. Comfortable beds with decent A/C

The A/C cooled dormitory is divided in bunkbeds closed by curtain, and very good for the price (8$). You can ask for the key to one of the small lockers. Restrooms are clean, hot water and western-style toilets. Breakfast is simple and you have 24h tea & coffee. Staff is nice and helpful. Good location for foodies, 19th street is a street food hub ! Also a good place to meet fellow travellers.
