  great! we honestly don't understand what the bad reviews are about. the only negative thing we found was that there were mosquitos in the room.
  the staff were super friendly, the breakfast was nice, the room was large, quiet and comfortable. the internet was the fastest we have had in our 3 1/2 weeks in Myanmar.
  yes the water drained slowly in the bathroom, bus that's common in Myanmar.
  for the price, it was amazing. last time we were in Yangon we paid more for a capsule style room that was so small we literally couldn't stand in it. it was a closet with a bed in it, and a shared bathroom.
  the room we had here was huge and clean and quiet, and the staff were very friendly. it was the perfect stop since it was close to the airport and we were flying out the next day.

  Pros
  1. The standard room (~$20), the room is big and wide, it has king sized bed and the room is 16 square feet.
  
  2. The room has it's own attached private bathroom.
  
  3. The room is clean and it provides full facilities.
  
  Cons
  1. The hotel doesn't provide indoor shoes for the visitors.
  
  2. The water drain is really slow to take shower and only drains a few drops of water.
  
  3. The water heater system is not working properly and when use it, the water doesn't come it out properly if the shower head turns to the heater side.
  
  4. The Wifi is really slow. The maximum speed will be around ~10KBps (80kbps)
  
  5. The free breakfast is just a cup of coffee, rice with fried egg and the dining hall is quite dirty (the taste is just okay only).
  
  6. The water pipe inside the toilet, the pump force is really strong.
  
  7. The TV only has a few channels.
