The location is good but not the best, shower water wasn't clean at first, but after few seconds it'd become better, nice breakfast and swimming pool also hotel designe and view

Nice hotel with beautiful swimming pool. The first nights were great, but when a large group arrived, we were kept awake all night by their talking below our window, and a loud buzzing sound that came from the air conditioning of the dining hall below us.

Most of the staff in this hotel are very kind, and they let us switch rooms. However, one guy at the reception was awful at his job and told us that all the rooms were noisy, and that the group would leave the next day. As if it was OK to let us sleep in that noisy room another night.
Would not go again.

I stayed in this hotel for a single night and I made the booking while I was in the taxi. For 25 eur ( low season, November 2017) this was pretty awesome.

*WORST HOTEL EVER*
A list of some of the issues we had at this horrendous hotel.

● FOOD POISONING
● DISGUSTING HYGIENE
● RUDE STAFF
● TAMPERED WATER BOTTLES
● NO IRON

I have seen the staff at this hotel just wipe used cutlery and pass it other customers.

The food we had at the restaurant was rotten (poison fish) as a result we ended up in hospital.

If you would like to ruin your holiday stay at the place. if not, AVOID AVOID AVOID.

The service is awful where to begin..
The hotel rooms are dirty ,the towels are so so old I wouldn't use them as mops, the sheets are so old that you can see the bed trough them.
The stuff are kind of old like time has stopped in the 90stheir uniforms are so old that they faded..some of the working stuff wear plastic slippers and they are so dirty..I checked the kitchen it's soo dirty, I would be worried having food there.
When I came to the room it was not ready so the cleaning lady had to clean it while I was in ,she uses towels of previous guests to clean the bathroom and the toilet NO sanitisation at all ,not even a toilet cleaner
To sum up the hotel is not worth 4 stars at all They have no idea how to run a hotel.

Booked for 5 nights, thought it was not enough at first. By day 2 wanted to come back to uk. Staff not helpful, The entertainment very poor. Breakfeast poor, The pool table and cues falling apart. Took them 3 days to find table tennis rackets. Staff can be rude at times. Rooms smell. Best part of my stay was when I left.

Very nice, enjoyed my stay, fantastic buffet breakfast and evening meal, lovely staff. Only downside lots of stairs, difficult with heavy bags. Deffo worth a visit. . Visited again in May 17, smoking is allowed in the reception area, which is very busy as the wifi only works there, my room smelt of cigarettesHowever it's still worth a visit..

I suppose it's good enough for the price. Not particularly clean. Needs major renovation. Sheets were clean but the blanket was old. There was no table and chairs on our balcony. The service was very good. The colors look faded and depressing. For slightly more money one can find a million times better!!
