Good location, breakfast buffet is quite nice. Room with terrace,nice view from outside, spacious garden,swimming pool is nice. Bed and blankets are dirty ,I can see the dust and feel allergic! AC is too noisy,cant sleep. Bath tube is too old and broken

Stated in 2015 was very basic and we asked for 3 single beds but only 2 we had and third bed was like a very tiny sofa!! Only good thing is a garden view nothing else. Tv dos't work and very old.

Basic rooms. Good location. 10 minutes walk to the beach and bars and restaurants. Very polite staff, its a shame the hotel is so run down.

Lovely place and very friendly staff. Only cons is the food. I stayed in for 2 nights, breakfast included, food was very basic and missing all the good Moroccan stuff, expect to have to spend extra $$ to eat better outside.

The hot tub is nowhere to be found, neither is the sauna. The hotel doesn't provide any fruits or water as shown on pictures. I couldn't find a table tennis or darts in that matter. If you asked for water you will receive it but of course in additional charge. And " the evening entertainment" means laptop which is playing music in the evening. The sauna and massage place if you can call it that way is not to use. They have few machine to workouts but you aren't allowed to use it either. Breakfast is only until 10 in the morning. " sound proof rooms " ha that's a joke as you can hear people walking or talking from next door . Good luck with this lovely picture you paint here. And yeah if you read the description there is fee wifi in " designated areas which don't include your room. Tv is available but in Arabic so whoever speaks other language has a problem or quite a boring night. Cocktails by the bar - there is about 10 bottles of spirits at the shelves and most of them don't even look like the alcohol itself. People are nice tho, most of them.

It has its moment about 15 years ago and one can see that. Still a good place for 1 or 2 nights stay.

I'll give it 2 stars even if it deserves less than that, you'll only sleep there if you're exhausted and don't have the choice. The breakfast was a joke.

Good location, reasonable price, tasty food. I stayed there for a few days in December 2016. Its a trip around the south part of Morocco. Agadir was our first stop. Les Omayades Hotel is situated very conviniently in the close proximity of the beach. It was December so the temperature at night wasn't high. Rooms dont have central heating - as in Europe - but there was some kind of electric heater mounted on the ceiling. The food they serve in their own restaurant is faaaaantastic! At breakfast time or dinner time alike. I gained half a kilo as a result (ha ha). There is a pool, they offer a ride to the airport, the hotel is well guarded at night.
