Pool area wasnt very clean.. they had basic and the same breakfast everysingle morning.. they was no hot food the only hot food thats been served is fryed eggs!!!! More waiters than guests the shower water nd sink water was veryyy smelly we would buy bottled water to gargle our mouths in the morning. a very not so suitable place for children i went with my toddler its not what i expected.. wouldnt reali recomend it for family with kids i guess we got what we paid for !!! Never agen here for me !!

The annimation is good and the morning exercises are super nice.

This is a lovely hotel with a classic Moroccan feel and theme. Visited during mid February and was very fortunate the weather was brilliant. The hotel facilities is very poor but this could be due to the fact we went off season. For some reason the lights never seemed to be fully lit in the evening and the hotel was very dark even the lights in the room did not brighten the room well. Make sure you take your own kettle as this is not provided and there is a charge for an ironing service. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

Good located not very expensive but really good hotel. 7 minutes easy walk to the beach. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is tasty and with many dishes. Also with hot like scrambled eggs or omlet.
Swimming pool is not very big but always very clean.
I can recommend it for everyone who don't want to spend a lot of money but sleep in good conditions.

Staff lovely ,meals lovely was there for Christmas we had a lovely Christmas dinner. Rooms were first class .there were only a few issues some of the plates need to be replaced. Hotel needs a bit of an update. Apart from that I would recommend it

Had the best time here staff can't do enough for you nice clean place great location I met a lot of friends there been one of our best holiday this year thankyou to all you hard worker very friendly and breakfast is fantastic thanks for making are stay rememerable we will be back next year xxx

To attribute this as a 4 stars + hotel is not true !!!! The food is just ok and the rooms are not isolated so you hear all the noises outside! But the waiters, bar keepers, information desk, the people that are working there are so kind and friendly! But that doesn't make a hotel a 4* plus!!!!!

Hotel was decent. Agree, rooms can be updated. The staff were amazing, very helpful, very welcoming and the beach is 5-7 minute walk from the hotel. I would recommend this hotel

Don't care what anyone thinks, one of the worst places ever.
For all of its petty excuse and shot at extravagance, past its masking lies within that accurately and no bullshit applied, the hotel and its staff amounted to utter toxic waist in total and of the most abominable kind. Nothing at all but asshole third world cobble pot pig ignorant dogs is what they are, shit poor service, treatment of which you would not give a fucking POW if they were yanks and you were the viet kong in the vietnam war. How it works in general is that you go to this fucking asshole of an excuse for hotel falling for the lie of its illustriousness, then as an accurate and resulting conclusion this is what you get in return for your foolishness. I hope for the shit they put on not just me but so many undeserving others too, they get the proper kick in the pants they deserve, whores-bastards all and nothing but and how dare they utterly!!!! .
Basically the higher you are in both societal and monetary stature the better. Vaguely spoken that is. What that means is that even then you will in some way be screwed by them and treated like shit for all your money and effort invested in them. Such is this tiring barren land layout you are paying for in the form of a luxury hotel enough said at that.response / report this review -
