There was no 5 star service at all they charged us nearly 50% of the advertised price in the name of local taxes. Restaurants were very limiting. Breakfast wasn't great either none of what we paid for was value for money. We didn't feel welcome at all. The rooms we booked where not even ready my brother ended up getting given a twin room until we complained and they put it in a so call upgrade. Everything was really terrible. I will be crazy to recommend or stay in any of their hotels ever.

The hotel was fine itself but upon check in they told us we were upgraded free of charge and breakfast was now included. I had confirmed the breakfast was free since our original booking did not have that. The receptionist had reassured with the upgrade it was. Next morning we have breakfast (definitely not even worth it) and they charge us 400 and tell us we were making it up. Reading previous reviews it seems like they scam people all the time with the free breaskfast and then end up charging everyone. Biggest scammers in casablanca. Choose another hotel as this one scams you and you can’t even feel safe.

Very professional and friendly staff. Very clean and well-equipped room. Very responsive to any questions or difficulties I might have. Good food at the breakfast buffet.

Nice hotel in town area, may have traffic jam during peak hours.
Hotel decor is darker and rich in texture.
Bed is clean and comfortable.
Swimming pool on roof, live band at night.

I would give a five to the hotel reception and front desk staff, very accommodating. But it took housekeeping nearly 3 hours and three requests to bring a baby bed after we explained that we wanted to get the baby to bed as soon as possible. Housekeeping gets a 1.

Place was great. Nice pool and nice restaurant in the basement with live entertainment such as belly dancer and live band.
The pool up on rooftop Terrass was amazing. Great view and clean.
Stayed there for 1 night then went to fez,mergouza and Marrakesh. When we came back there was some technical issues with room and didn't have any room for us. They sent us to another hotel (Farah hotel) which was even better and more downtown. That's great service !response / report this review -

Excellent location for business travellers next to headquarters of banks and the Institut de France. Top-class room and service, good breakfast.

The lobby looked a little unclean, but the rooms are fabulous! The rooftop pool is small but good if you just want a quick soak. It's right across from the tram so it's easy to get around the city (about 80 cents for each ride no matter the distance).

Room is great, no doubt about it. Rooftop pool and restaurant offer fantastic views. My gripe is with the concierge, who misled me as to the opening hours to visit the mosque. He told me information that didn't match what I read online, but I took his word for it, trusting a local concierge more than anything. He was wrong, and he basically made me miss the one afternoon I had planned at the rooftop pool, which was one of the main reasons I booked this place. Service for ordering wine on the rooftop was also on the slow side.
I won't say it's not a nice place to stay, but the service isn't quite up to par with its façade.response / report this review -

The hotel is good but not worth of 5 stars. Breakfast is very good and service in the two restaurants is appropriate. The rooftop is also good and comfortable, as well as the little gym. However the rooms have always some problems: water spills from the shower (in every room I have been), clogged faucets, small wardrobe, items missing. It depends on your luck. Moreover the organization and the communication with the customers is mediocre, especially from the reception. The hotel is above the average of course, but 5 stars are not deserved.
