  Air conditioning out of guests control
  Long check in time. It tool her15 minutes to check in us into the room.
  Room was standard and relatively clean
  Mould in the shower tiles
  We were there on a rainy cold night and set the temperature to 28 ( there is a control unit in the room) but never felt warm in the room even though the fan was going full speed. We called the reception and she said they will send the technician to check but the technician never arrived. I suspect this is the energy saving policy of ibis not allowing the room temp to go over 23-25.
  No tea, water or coffee facilities in the room.
  We did not eat at the restaurant and just googled some nice restaurants in town which ended up taking taxi to Basmane.
  Also didnt eat breakfast there.
  I think their service is more towards the business guests who wont worry too much about the small things and quality of service because its paid by their company and also they are not in holidays as such.

  Ac don't work staff does not understand Englishno fridge in the roomthere was a blast from the TVand the list goes onthere are better hotels arround at the same amount is what I have been informed by my friends

  The worst hotel experience in the history of hospitality industry
  Room is so tight that u will deiniteley hit tge walls, no fridge or mini bar
  Toilet is aweful and super tiny
  They dont even add shampoo or shower gel
  Ur not allowed to use ur own iron amd u habe to ask one from hotel which will come in 1 hour time
  No safe in the room and valuables must be admitted to reception for a fee ?

  Must have improved because staff was really nice both at desk and Bar. 17 min to airport. Good choice for last day in Casa. You can spend your last dirhams there but keep 6 for the toll!

  Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Staff doesn't care at all and service is beyond inattentive and slow (that is, if you're lucky being served at all at the bar/restaurant). Food at the restaurant is of lower quality than a cheap chain roadside restaurant. Rooms are decent. I've stayed in many Ibis before and always found it decent for the price. This one doesn't even come close.

  Good placed 20 minutes from the airport. Breakfast bad if you get up early. The beds are very hard. WiFi free. The rooms are cleaned but there is a few of shampoo for everyone.

  Breakfast is mediocre at best, Service is typical Moroccan, meaning: Lacklustre. Examples: Asking for the WiFi passwort will sometimes lead to the Desk Staff telling you the "internet is not working in all of the business park" even though you can SEE people sitting at the bar and using their laptop (Granted, they might be using a LTE Modem, but in this case it was my colleague using WiFi.).
  
  About the breakfast: Either two choices of sausage or one of sausage and cheese. HARD bioled eggs. A toaster that sometimes works. One coffee machine, so expect standing in line for the black gold.
