Seem to have spent some money making the place "look ok" but it's superficial. Service poor. At breakfast you have to ask for the basics like cutlery and napkins as the don't make up tables when simeone leaves. They continually run out of basics like bread and dont replenish until you ask. Coffee machine broken, and milk not fresh.
Rooms ok but again lack basics. No tea or coffee making facilities so have to use room service and pay for a cup of tea. No tissues in bathroom and a number of lights not working.
Staff pleasant enough but very hard to communicate as no one speaks fluent english so asking for anything difficult.
Water pressure so poor its difficult to have a proper shower.
Would look elsewhere if ever came back to Casablanca (which is unlikely)

Probably the best option in the area. Room and location were ok. Good to note that you can smoke anywhere in the hotel. Lobby, restaurant in your room.. wherever. The staff there want your tips so be prepared to have someone try and take your bags before you even walk in the front door so they can bring them to your room for you. Also you have to pay taxes incash when u get there at the desk per person. It was 2 euro each. Restaurant downstairs was Spanish themed with nice live music. Food was delicious but expensive. Wouldn't walk around at night but took a quick walk in the morning towards the old Medina. Close proximity to mosque, old/new Medina and Rick's Cafe but again if your not from Morocco I wouldn't venture out of the hotel at night.

Nice and clean rooms
I like the hard mattress as well so it was a good night sleep.
Staff are polite and friendly.
Breakfast is also full option and tasty served in a nice bar at level 0. Although it was all western style and nothing local and authentic.
Limited english speaking -French and Arabic are the local language
Close vicinity to casablanca down town and and cathedral which is closed for renovation.
Car park is across the road to the doorman will take the key and parks the car for you.

Stay here! Easy walk to the madina and the best restaurants in Casablanca. Wine/liquor shop across the street next to the corner bakery.

That's better than the average hotel at Casablanca. It's clean and organized. A bit noisy as it's close to crowded avenues and the mosque 🕌 (I get up everyday at 5:30am by the sound of prayers). Mattress and cushions are as hard as wood, if you don't like it this way, run while you can =)

We stayed 4 days at the hotel and the rooms were very large, the linen crisp and clean with wonderful thread count. The rooms were clean and the maid \service was very good. They did have one liter of free bottled water and the rest was charged so be wary. I would buy water outside bl and use the refrigerator to chill it. The food in the oasis lounge was available when outside food was not and it was safe and convenient. especially the mint tea! The food choices were not standard Moroccan fare but it was plentiful and there were many different salads and soups for the vegetarian crowd. Sometimes all you want is soup and salad with a little entree as well. The desk staff was pleasant despite the barage of tired and irritable voyagers. They were cool under fire. NB Bring your own wash cloths as they did not provide any, and there is only shampoo and shower gel, no lotion or conditioner. The room was very quiet as well and I recommend this hotel for cleanliness and safety, and great linens.

Mattress is hard as wood. Pillow is hard as wood. Pillow is about 1 foot high so it hurt my neck. Its 1am and its been 3 hours i can't sleep because of the noisy cars in street and those cheap windows they used that does not block sound at all. Nothing in the fridge.. buffet and service was ok so i ll give them 2 stars for that. I come to a hotel to sleep to sleep you need comfortable and quiet room. Didn't find any of those 2 here. Just reduced to one star down from 2. Breakfast asked for butter and cream. The guy bring the butter far on the counter and not to the table and i am yet to see the cream for my coffee witch tasted water. Horrible hotel and i have been in many hotels. One of the worse i've been to.

Regarding the hotel it is not ok but the rooms are fairly good and the rooms are not good and so far there are no sports facilities and no swimming it is worn on some annoying street

Staff in the reception not willing to help or offering solutions, rude when I insisted in my request. For the price of the rooms you would expect much more cleanliness and maintenance (doors not fitting in the canvas, insulated windows, stains found in the bedsheets, many insects). Wifi not working right. Definitely, overcharging for the service given. My fourth time in Morocco and the worse experience abroad in my life.

BE CAREFUL, DIRTY GREEDY MOROCCAN. THEY WILL RIPE YOU OFF The clerk told me they don't take credit card. This is a lie and he is a liar. He has a gut to ask for a tips. This is totally unacceptable. I stay one night and get out as soon as I can.
BEWARE!!! Do not let them fool you. It is better to make a reservation in your home country before you fly in.

Front desk guy was nice. Bathroom door didn't close. No towels in the room when we arrived and lady opened the door on us without knocking to drop them off. Room service was quick and so was the wifi. Breakfast was disappointing but free:

Nice hotel, but rude and inefficient front-desk staff.

On the first morning the front-desk lady caused me to be 30 minutes late, because she failed to properly arrange the transport, as reserved the previous night. She then attempted to push the problem on me and wanted me to to the organizing myself.

On second morning the gentleman on the front-desk fairly rudely told me that I would have to pay extra for the transport, even though the cost was supposed to be included. After I asked him to at least put the expense on the room, he refused. When I tried to explain that I had no cash on me, he dismissed me and said, that someone at my destination can take care of it.

Appalling behavior. Absolutely worst experience of otherwise charming stay in Casablanca.
