It seems to be an old hotel. The room had many flies. Very clean toilet. Did not like the attitude of the receptionist. Was not helpful. The lift shakes. They need to make lots of improvements.

Nice hotel, good sized rooms with big comfortable beds. Staff is welcoming and friendly. At night there is a grand piano bring played near the bar. The restaurant serves well priced meals and there's also massage services provided.

Nice place, rooms were spacious and clean (thou it smelled like cigarettes). The whole place is smoking free, so it was a bit uncomfortable having breakfast with people smoking next to me Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location is good, 15 min walking to the mosque, and the medinas

My reservation was cancelled. I had to make a new one. The staff is very unfriendly. Rooms are dirty. Look for another hotel.

Normal price for normal room and service. Only one staff at reception and rooms are not clean enough. Not equipped as a four-star hotel.

Bon rapport qualité/prix. Le personnel est aimable. Très propre. Une suite m'a été donné au lieu d'une simple chambre. Les petits déjeuner ne sont pas très copieux. Le Wi-Fi marche très mal. Les repas sont insipides dommage

We booked a double room online but the reception guy lead us to a room like this. After that we called the room service asking for a thermos and he said he will check however after 20 min waiting nothing happens. Very disappointed to this hotel. Don't recommend.

The front desk service and lobby are good. However the room was just okay. Air conditioning wasn't working, and they didn't bother to fix it or give us a new room when we told the front desk. We opened the windows but got a lot of mosquitoes. Probably would not stay here again since I believe there are better hotels.
