Great experience. A good quality hotel. Superb service and customer care. I was there on business and felt really at ease. Location unfortunately is what it is as Luxembourg is a very sad place but this hotel in particular is right beside the museum of modern art so quite nice.

Awesome stay here, my fiancƩ and I came from Amsterdam and they were doggy friendly, it is in a estate that is wonderful for dogs. Many sites to see and great walking activities. Staff was great!

Nice hotel and lovely staff with a nice 15 min stroll to the city. Only thing when I stayed over easter the restraunt menu was not active they only had 5 things off a special menu you could order.

This newer hotel was my first experience in Luxembuourg. Large modern rooms, amenities including wet and dry saunas, and dining at the in-hotel "Aqua" restaurant was a treat. MeliĆ” is very close to excellent public transportation at the Pfaffenthal-Kirchberg station. Otherwise, it's a bit of a walk from Kirchberg to downtown Luxembourg City but not bad at all via the Grand Duchess Charlotte bridge.

Moved to Melia from the Le Royal to be closer to work. Enjoyed the location for it's views and closeness to public transportation.
Hotel staff are good, but didn't enjoy two aspects 1) wifi is on and off- my coworker told me about this, but said it got better near the end of his trip. For me it started off good, but when I needed it for some important work to be completed asap, it was down. Called down to the reception after the second night of this and was told they could switch my room and hopefully that would resolve or that I could work in the main lobby area. Neither were acceptable for me as it was nearly 11pm. 2) I needed a wine bottle opener and was told at first they would bring it up, then they called back saying if they bring it to my room I would be charged or I could bring my wine to the restaurant for them to open it. Found that very inconvenient for a hotel that is charging me 300+ Euros a night. I was there for 2 weeks.

    Good: Location
Bad: breakfast is extremly bad: terrible service an everything is ice cold - from the scrambled eggs to the coffee.
Worst: the room is extremly loudy due to the AC system - even when you turn it off.

Excellent hotel with attentive friendly staff. The restaurant is solid, especially breakfast, and it's within walking distance of the new tram line, though it's not very obvious how to get there due to the location.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are comfortable and big enough. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the food is very good! Definitely recommend this hotel if you want to spend some quality time in Luxembourg. I went there for a wedding and if you want to marry in Luxembourg this should be in your top lost for venues. The only inconvenient are the stairs, but you can always take the elevator.

Had a amazing stay here for the weekend. Staff were friendly and the room was clean. I like it that the hotel surrounding is peaceful yet close to the mudam museum. The hotel has a small but adaquate gym, sauna and provides fragrant Loewe toiletries. The restaurant within the hotel also serves relatively good and reasonably priced food.

Good business hotel, I recommend to book a club room, since the in room amenities are better and you’ll get to use the club lounge for afternoon coffee and evening drinks

Although a little out of town, a 15 minute walk can get you into the old city. The hotel is great. Large rooms, which are quiet and clean. There are many options at the breakfast buffet and the staff are lovely and always willing to help. I would certainly return if I get the chance.

I'm genuinely surprised to see such good feedback below. I certainly have not had a good experience and most definitely will never return, nor recommend this hotel to anyone.
1- The service is shocking, it is unbelievably slow. I have been made to wait over half an hour for a drink at the bar on more than one occasion.
2- You are lucky to be served, as there seems to be a lack of staff. On numerous occasions I have had to walk around until I've found staff members.
3- A simple request for an iron in the room took 4 hours and took three phone calls.
4- The aircon was temperamental and not working in the room which wasn't fantastic on a hot evening with only one slight window opening.
5- Room service number rings out unanswered.
6- The staff are incredibly rude and aggressive. I felt as if I was an inconvenience to them when asking anything.

A hotel in the business part of Luxembourg. A nice 20min walk up to the centre of town. Quiet. Good bed. You can choose your pillow, if the one you get isn't good.

Decent hotel in nice location. A little bit off the center though. If you bring a dog they will charge you ridiculous 30 € extra per night which I find quite shocking (especially if your very little dog is only in the room for sleeping).

Best value for money when you are in Luxembourg for a business trip. Especially when your business meetings are in the area of Kirchberg, this hotel is at 5 minutes drive / bus to almost any company in Kirchberg. The view on the valley with the trees is amazing.

Only tried the restaurant. The food was good, if a bit pricey. Note that the 'salad' that comes with the burger is basically just the tomato, onion and pickle that goes on the burger, not actually a separate salad.
