Excellent location on main square of old town surrounded by countless Restuarants, Cafes and Bars. Front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Room is spacious, comfortable, luxurious and spotlessly clean.

First time here and I absolutely fell in love with the place. Lovely staff and incredibly gorgeous room. Spacious. Clean. Fabbo bed. Nothing too much trouble. We will definitely come back.

Chic boutique hotel in Central Luxembourg. Star rating is accurate and deserved. Very clean bedrooms and communal areas. Mainly business travellers and couples. American style full breakfast was 23€ continental was 13€. Bed comfy and room temperature was comfortable and easy to set. Flat screen tv and IPod dock. Complimentary water and bathroom slippers was a nice touch. Staff pleasant, polite and happy to help. Although one member of staff at the maindesk recommended a restaurant, however it was closed on the day we went. Perhaps an advance check for the guests would have saved the walk. All in all a nice hotel.

Standard bedroom. Good breakfast, but crowded in top hours.

Nice lobby: as with many things in life, you can't really tell what to expect inside if you only judge by what you see outside.

Terrible food!! We were here followed the Michelin guide and was totally disappointed. Though tge service was nice, the food was super slow (waited for almost an hour for the main course when the restaurant was quite empty) and the quality of food was very poor. We ordered catch of the day and it was like catch of the year (and frozen) as the fish was not fresh and very dry. The duck confit was really salty really really salty with soaky skin which was nasty.

    DO NOT EAT HERE!!

A superb location, lovely rooms and staff. We had an issue with the room but it was sorted out within half an hour AND we were given a hand written card and bottle of wine for the inconvenience. A very nice stop

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Quite pricey though----their breakfast was 26 euro, a room service dinner was about 42 euro. The staff was very attentive.

The one thing that really hurt my view of the trip was comfort on the last night. The room temperature kept going up till it was about 24.5C. I was getting a headache. They tried to regulate it, but it only went down about 1C all night. Their plant doesn't seem to support both heat and air conditioning. Once they switch to heat and it is warmer than expected, they try to blow in some outside air---which was not very successful.
