Another franchise from the west. I went there with my friend on a Thursday night and the place was pretty deserted with only 4 tables being occupied. We tried their Jack Daniels Chicken and Shrimp and a starter. The Jack Daniels Chicken and shrimp was good, except for the fact that the chicken was a bit overcooked and was tough to cut into. The service was nice and they serve alcohol as well. Good place to check in with your friends.

Best place for a quick sit down on a busy day! Mouthwatering food; the crisp and tenderness at its best, the perfect moment of heaven after a long day in the sun. Highly recommending their lunch deals! And the small setting is lovely for a quick date or a hangout with friends❤️

I had a mixed experience here. Been to TGIF few times. But some occasions I have felt that they have failed to live up to expectations. Some large meals are satisfactory and some are not. Last time I had a large jack Daniel chicken and shrimp plate . The chicken was very small and the 5 shrimps were not very well cooked. Shrimps were not fresh and felt it was over cooked . As two side dishes I had mash potatoes and chips. Chips tasted less than average and the mash potato was ok. Wife order jack Daniel burger and it was old good and the burger was pretty large. So you better inquire from the staff about what you order. Positive aspect was the service was very good and waiting time was about 15minutes.

Casual place to hangout with friends and family. Good food, delicious cocktails and yummy desserts.. Veggie burger is not the tastiest though loved the creamy pasta with fried chicken dish.

The food was of very good quality. The service was very quick at the beginning but we had to wait for an hour or so for the dessert we ordered which was ice cream at a time the restaurant wasn't even crowded. It's not the ideal place for a family dinner because it's very difficult to have a conversation with the loud music but a GREAT PLACE TO HANGOUT WITH FRIENDS.

Food was good. Some desserts were too frozen but they were too really delicious. The staff was nice and the music was lovely. I had a really good experience. The choice was not very wide. So we had to take the same thing over and over.

Amazing atmosphere. Fair pricing and good food. Not much of a range for vegetarians though.

When we sat down at the table by the window we were rudely asked to vacate it since it is for group seating , even though the place was almost empty. There was a small insect in my drink and the gentleman at the next table ordered a vegetarian soup but got one with meat in it. Being a vegetarian myself , if it happened to me I would have flipped.

The restaurant is maintained superbly. Once you get into the restaurant, its a whole different experience. Food is delicious and very eye catchy. You can also get alcohol there. But one thing i felt bad about the place is i felt the food items are slightly over priced. But definitely a must visit place if you're in Colombo.

The meats that we were served were stale. Had to use chilli sauce to disguise the flavour. Also everything tasted kind of fishy. I would stick to just beer and hard liquor here only. Wouldn't risk ordering anything else again.

Place is maintained well and staff are properly dressed and quite polite. Food was good and tasty. It was bit towards the oily side but I guess that's how it is supposed to be. Anyway overall I guess it appeals to the younger crowd. If you want a nice and quite sit down meal, don't expect it there, after all it is TGIF!!!

This TGI's is the same as you would get any where else in the world. Great tasty food with a great service. The staff were really friendly and quick to come over when prompted. A little bit strange that the bar wouldn't service alcohol but I'm sure they had there reasons. Overall very good

Great place in heart of Colombo.. First of all I have to mention their milkshakes.. If you ever going to TGI fridays don't forget to try their strawberry milkshake.. Smoothie thick milkshake is gonna rock your taste buds for sure.. They have many variety of food to choose.. Food is good and prices are same like other nearby places..

The atmosphere is great inside this restaurant. The food is quite tasty too. The staff is friendly and the service is at an acceptable standard. The only issue this restaurant has is insufficent parking space.

This place has a great (even unique, compared to surrounding establishments) atmosphere. Service is courteous and food is in acceptable standard. The management should pay more attention to maintaining the establishment (e.g.: one might see overly scratched utensils on the tables, which makes usage less appealing)

The chicken sandwiches were really good. Prices are a little high. The jackdaniel sauce was spot on. The washrooms are located upstairs and it's very hot up there. Nice, classy looking place ..

Went for lunch at TGIF on April 7th. The service was ok and the food was fine, however the Calomeri salad looked like it was made up of last week's lettuce !! Had to use the handicapped washroom since upstairs was closed for some reason. These short comings might have all been excused as a bad day if not for the fact they point blank refused to serve me normal water !! They only serve bottle water. I'm sure the consumer authority will be interested to know this fact. Best of luck !!

A very lively place with live music, liquor. Foods are moderately expensive but quite often they have something as an offer which you wont decline. Give it a try and surely you will love it as well. Food quality is quite good

A Perfect weekend hangout place for lunch/dinner. Weekday lunch specials are available and worth the price. Service is great and so does the menu. Many foreigners can also be seen at all times. Bar also contains quite a collection. Smoking areas are also included.
