  First of all, this is The WORST hotel we have ever seen. Ridiculously Rude staff, exponentially high rates and NO Breakfast which was promised. Above that, there employee will behave improper and there are NO AMENITIES in the hotel. Better stay on road, than this hotel.

  Good place of you want to stay in Katunayake at low cost with A/C room. They can arrange roof to parties as well.

  Great staff and great location with airport pickup and cheap prices. The only reason why I gave the place 3 stars is because it is being renovated so externally and internally a lot of features are not operational (such as hot water). The price makes up for that and once it is complete I'm sure it will warrant a 4 to 5 star rating.
