We stayed at leesons hospital for 03 days with our child. Dissapointed with specialy admission & discharge procedures, Patients or the guardians may have to request for the everything.

Even cleanliness was not upto the standard.Cleaning staff members were always complaining about the facilities :( :( .

Good Private hospital located in Ragama. Rates are fairly ok when compared to other hospitals. They are maintaining clean 🧼 environment. When comparing patients majority is children. Staff also friendly. That the location very close to Ragama railway 🚃 station.

The hospitals facilities are good and so is their service. They also have specialists for any condition so if you want to perform surgeries that require certain specialists you could check at Lessons. As far as cleanliness the hospital could improve a bit in that area

I went lessons hospital for scanning. Very poor maintaining. even bathroom door has hole and covered by paper. AC is splitting water around the appointment waiting area. The doctor channeling was good and service is ok

Realy bad service, actually it’s horrible, no a/c in there a/c rooms and repeatedly tranfer the pt to several rooms. No technicians were available when we needed. Plz don’t go there.

Today I went for a scanning holding my number to be the second. First was called I was waiting my number to call . To see some other patient was taken without taking number 2 which is mine. I inquired why I was not taken and it was said that the doctor is known to the patient. Very bad attitude especially in hospitals cause every patient should be treated equally important.
Thoroughly disappointed with the service

This is the hospital with Excellent MRI Imaging facility I have ever seen. At Leesons MRI facility they do Cardiac MRI Scaning which not done at any other place in sri lanka until now.

Yesterday after meeting doctor the reception said that tomorrow morning at 7am you can meet doctor to submit reports. Today morning I came from 70km away. At 7 am I asked for doctor. They said suddenly "doctor will come at 7 PM. So BE CAREFUL when you ask details from this careless reception. They wasted my money and time.

Very small parking only for doctors. No parking fabulous for patients. No channeling facilities over the phone. Very poor customer care. So crowdfunding place. Heavy traffic around this hospital. They have small Perera and Sons cafeteria. Their parmacy is quite ok. There were only two counters for channeling and payments. We have to park or vehicles outside the hospital without proper security. Parking is the main issue compare to other hospitals around this area.

Actually this place can not be called a hospital. What they are doing is only business. I went there for a problem in my stomach and the doctor asked me to do a scan twice a week. This is business. Unnecessarily they are asking to do scans just to fill their pockets. And when i missed a one scan the doctor scared me saying that I may get a cancer also. What I did was I stopped treatment and channelled another doctor and got to know that there was nothing serious and doing a scan after 6 months is enough. Even I checked this from national hospital also and got to know there is nothing serious. Shame on these people.

Also the staff is very unpleasant and they have no idea how to move with patients. I am not sure even they have enough qualifications to work as nurses.

Be careful when going to places like this. Because they won't guarantee on what they are doing. I am telling this because I have experienced this. Really a disgusting place.

This terrible hospital is not suitable even for one star. The staff at admissions were unprofessional rude and talking loudly to patients.they had no empathy.
They really do not provide a service. They don't care, that they are dealing with patients. They purposely provide false information. And. they repeatedly provide false information, without any shame.
Cleanliness and atmosphere is not pleasant too.

Poor service and coordination. Place to go if you want to waste your time. Staff is not properly trained, patients are not informed .. simple things can improve a lot if management consider the complains or review feedbacks..

2nd of March 2018 I came to leesons hospital to check my stomach paining after channeling doctor madunil niriella who checked me.he told me to scan my stomach. today was the scan date and i was scanned by doctor A.Upasena. after scanning i went to the reception and asked should i pay for chek my report again.that ladie told me you have one week check the reports without paying. that ladie told me you can check your report every week days 3.30 to 4.30pm.
Again i came 4pm to chek my reports.ladie who help to the doctor madunil niriella told me Monday and Saturday doctor doesn’t check reports. after i told her in the morning i asked reception.after that ladie told me call center ladies doesn’t know about this what should i tell???? I’m really disappointed about lessons services.
finally i have to tell is කෝල් සෙන්ටර් එක ඉන්නෙ ඒවට නෙවෙයිනම් ⁣ඕක දීපන් ලමයෙකුට කියලා.

One of the leading private hospitals around Ragama area, this hospital provide most of the medical needs, ranging from private consultation to surgery and they have ICU unit as well, in word rooms are quite new and clean. After the medical consultation you have the pharmacy located at the premises giving the option to buy the medicine in the premises. Hospital does not provide free parking area, you have to park the vehicle in other parking areas provided by locals for a fee, people who are coming here in the evening must be prepared to look for parking area quite far away which is the quite downside of this hospital, in terms of the staff it is a mix view for me as some are extremely nice , and some nurses are extremely rude who works like the government run hospitals. The management should give some training to this kind of nurses and remind them that they are in the private sector, which the patient pay a quite a fee.

Cleanliness is below zero. My daughter was admitted to the baby ward and after seeing the room i was shoked. Standard is very poor and the bathroom was filthy. I would have taken her to Hemas instead. Doctors and ward staff was ok. Main concern was the cleanliness. I would never ever recommend Leesons to anyone.

Customer service is unsatisfactory (except pharmacy staff) and wasting time due to their false information. They do not accept card payments for channeling.
Cleanliness is average. Atmosphere is not pleasant.

Operation theater staff is good, ward staff also not bad, but staff in channeling service is worse we have met. their support is very poor. rooms are okay for the cost, but not good to stay in more than one day. there is no single parking for patients, even it is an essential for a hospital . we went to this hospital upon doctor's request. otherwise we don't go to this kind of hospitals. I don't know how government has categorized this kind of places as hospitals.
