Wide variety of delicious food. All items are priced NETT and thus what you pay is what you see. Modern atmosphere with an improved look and feel after the recent facelift. However, their level of service is extremely poor. Staff is not efficient, also it takes a huge effort to call a waiter for assistance and the time they take to prepare the orders seems a bit too long. Not a single day I've been there has been pleasant in terms of service. Given that the management takes some serious action to improve this, it's a definitely a recommendable place.

Varieties and availability of the food items are to 5 starts. The interior also looks good. I reduced a star because of the AC their, I visited thrice in two months, non of the time the AC was in a good condition, where the supervisors say that there is a fault to be fixed

it is a place to eat many varieties of food. Sushi is really delicious over there and price is very reasonable. There is a Sri Lankan/western buffet with many choices and we only pay for the weight of the plate. It is very nice concept to rescue from the food waste.

Good ambience and great food. They serve different cuisines and also have kids meal and kids play area. Tons of parking as well. Great place for family gatherings but you have to wait. Service is bit slow 😣

Conveniently located close to several large corporate offices, It is actually the food of a famous Arpico Supermarket chain.
However, it is not just an ordinary food court. Well organized and segregated into differently themed restaurants and a common area, main restaurant, juice bar and even a kiddies corner makers this place a hybrid of a fine dining restaurant and a convenient food court.

Setting colour full and modern. May get little crowded and children running between tables. However, it is a right place for family and average diners.
The large parking area is a rare luxury around here.

The most horrible dining experience I've ever had in my life!!! First of all, the place is dark and hot even with the air conditioning. Second of all, the staff was very clumsy. They don't know what's in the menu nor the prices so we had to wait till someone shows up with a menu book. Then, the most strange thing happened. They asked us to go to 2 counters and ask the persons there to get the order done. What in the world!!! There were no one to get our order and ask the respecting counters/boutiques. How horrible is that!!! Even though I ordered rice and my fiance ordered a burger meal. Then his burger meal arrived and there were NO sign of the rice I've ordered. We had to REMIND them about the order twice and finally it arrived. I could not believe how small the portion was! It was about a 1/4 cup and the rice had been "spread" to the plate! There was no typical "dome" shape. It was greasy and unsalted. The worst dish ever!!! We asked a girl who works there to clarify about the size of the portion and she said that she's new and will ask a senior to come, but no one came even I've finished my miraculously small and oily portion of rice very slowly. Then we were waiting for a waiter to come but NO ONE came! Then, there was a guy passing by and he was the manager. When we asked about the size of the portion, he stated that it's the normal portion and *five star hotels* give small portions of food, and also he said that he works in a *five star hotel* I mean come on! Seriously! How rude and impolite! My fiance kindly said, "Okay, we've been in to five star hotels but can you tell me why the portion was very small and was it suppose to be that small?" Then he rushed in to the kitchen and came back and said, "Sir, that IS the size of our portion". We have paid the bill and will NEVER EVER go back there! You can get a "curry and rice" from McDonald's for 1/5th of the price we've paid for that one tablespoon of rice. This place don't deserve even a single star but that's the review that I could give. JUST HORRIBLE!!! Not recommending to ANY ONE!

The place is nice. Staff is friendly enough. I have went there a couple of times. Not a good place for a quick snack. It was too hot even with air conditioning. The food doesn't taste that good. A wide range of choices were there. But Indian foods were on menu and was temporarily unavailable. I haven't tried the weigh and pay buffet. I hope it will be better than ordering from menu. But I see bad review here about it too. I don't recommend this place.

Very poor service & they didn't serve quality food..
I've ordered a nasi goreng which was Rs.890/- , wasn't even close to a fried rice.. it seems like a savery rice with too much of soy souce..

Greets you in a very friendly manner. Once you're seated and have ordered the food, they don't give a damn. You have to wait for like 20 minutes until food arrives on your table.

Decent place. Food is good. Only thing which was disappointing for us was that they had made our wok rice where the wok was used previously for some prawns. So our rice had a little taste and smell of prawns. One of the my guest is allergic to shell fish and shell seafood. So this was a bit uncomfortable for the guest. Price is fairly ok. Please is neat and clean.

Decent ambience and tasty food.

Service could have been better and faster, though, I believe. I visited the restaurant at a non-peak hour, by the way. There is a kids play area too, but nearly all the toys were broken. Kids do break their toys, no surprise here, but I believe Urban Kitchen needs to change the play equipment

This place has a lot of variety of food. However, it can get busier, especially during lunch time, and therefore they sometimes take a long time to serve. On the plus side, it is in a convenient location with ample parking.

This was a convenient restaurant in town, sometimes back, and I used to visit a lot. But recently I went for a dinner with my family. No one to take us to a table, we settled in at a table ourselves. After waiting sometimes, myself setup down to a waiter and ask for a menu. Wide range of food, still maintain the taste and the quality up to a certain level. You better don’t have high expectation. Portion little bit oversized. Comprehensive kid’s menu as well.

A decent menu with a fairly good choice of dishes. Price is reasonable for the type of food on offer. Service is fairly reasonable -efficient enough. Venue is decent with plenty of space however, there is nothing that special about the ambience of this venue. All in all, a decent place to eat some decent food.
